Kingswear Park Club

This is my happy place, a warm welcome awaits, the accommodation is great and the view is spectacular, a great location for exploring the South Devon coast with access to the South West coast path close by and other coastal towns accessible by road and ferry. If you like the peace and tranquility of Devon, Kingswear Park is worth a visit.

We stayed here in June of 2023, and had a fantastic time! We occupied 2 units, my husband and I in the Hawkins unit , and our daughter, son- in-law, and our 2 little granddaughters directly upstairs in the Raleigh unit. The units were immaculately clean, the furnishings were lovely, the views outstanding, all was perfection!! We all agreed, we felt like the lords and ladies of the Manor, and our 2 granddaughters said they felt like they were princesses living in a castle. I can't say enough about the staff here, Elinor, Katie, and Clare are amazing, so friendly , helpful and welcoming, you feel like family! There are only 11 unites here, and it is a vacation club. My husband and I have 5 weeks here, and love it! We were staying in 2 of the weeks we have, and all was in top shape. The entire staff here is amazing,and very hard working. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the views are so peaceful, overlooking the River Dart and the Royal Britannia College. We hadn't been for a few years and it was a wonderful homecoming! Thank you to the entire staff for the beautiful welcome home, and seeing again our lovely home in Britain! We truly had a magical stay!! Thank you!!
