Typical basic accommodation. It can be a bit noisy outside, especially on weekends. Nevertheless, it offers easy access to Heathrow and is conveniently located near many amenities, including the historic Kingston Market. The staff were very helpful, and I truly appreciated their kindness and assistance. It would be even better if the rooms had air conditioning.

I was visiting relatives that are in and around London, together with a bit of sightseeing. As such the hotel was a very good fit. 5 minutes from the train station and bus station meant I could easily get to where I wanted to be. The room was quite basic, bathroom, bed, closet, kettle and fan but perfect for my needs, somewhere to sleep and the odd cuppa. The bed was very comfortable. The area around the hotel can be a bit noisy, there is a games arcade right next to the hotel, but that doesn't bother me. The staff were excellent, helpful when needed but not obtrusive. If you need a base for touristy stuff, at a reasonable price (for London), I would highly recommend it.

交通比較方便，火車站、公交車站就在旁邊，不管去哪個機場都比較方便，附近有很多超市及商店，逛一逛購物都很不錯

英國常見的快捷酒店，價格便宜，沒什麼好挑剔的。 前台人員很熱情。 旁邊有一個遊戲機廳，很多人在酒店門口抽煙，出入的時候有些許的困擾。

這間綠屋酒店雖然說是在倫敦太午事何況但都要行大約20分鐘才行到而且這間酒店裏面的環境是非常之青丘我是到了晚上由於是復活假有很多人租用酒店所以那些青年不停在房裏驕陽非常嘈吵可以說是整晚隔音非常差其他都沒有太大問題只是樓層比較薄很容易聽到樓上及樓下的聲音

浴室的水基本不能洗澡太小了

Really bad experiece. Very old, disgusting! You hear other rooms and footsteps from people above u. Toilet is really old, i couldn’t even take a shower. Floor is so stained and building is so old

A mixed bag. Refurbished Travelodge, comfortable and clean but two of the plugs as unusable as they have been poorly fitted. There are USB plugs but they are USB-A and most devices are USB-C these days. The lift is really annoying as you have to insert your card in order to use it. A good security feature as long as it works, unfortunately it only works occasionally so you will find yourself struggling to get it to work. There seems to be a knackered to it but I can't work it out. It just seems to be the luck of the draw. I tried the breakfast box this time as I've never tried it before. £6.95 is a bit overpriced for what you get, maybe charge £4.95 and it won't be so bad. Thr Starbucks double shot drink is a good addition though

I wasn’t expecting the Ritz when I booked this hotel but I thought at least it would be clean. I had paid extra for a coffee machine which, given the state of the rest of the room, I was then too afraid to use. The hotel is very dated and tired. The staff on reception are by far the best thing about this place, always friendly and helpful. My room, on the third floor, was quiet but it was a mid-week stay so not many people around. There was a fan in my room which helped with the heat and this was on when I arrived so clearly some thought had gone into preparing the room. There is a direct bus from Heathrow. I can’t comment on ease of access to the city because I only needed to be in Kingston for work but the town itself seems pleasant enough with plenty of choice for dining and entertainment. The bedding, while stained, was clean. The bed itself was comfortable enough. The carpet and the divan bed base were absolutely filthy, incineration is the only solution. There were some questionable stains on the wall beside the bed. The bathroom was mostly clean however there was a good amount of hair, that wasn’t mine, in the shower tray. The water pressure wasn’t great and the shower drained so slowly that I kept having to turn off the water to let it drain a bit so as not to flood the bathroom. There were also little flies around the drain. Safe to say I will be looking for an alternative if I ever need to return.

I am very pleased with my stay at the Kingston upon Thames Travelodge. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff are very polite and always helpful—especially Nida, the receptionist; she is very kind, always ready to assist, offers advice and explanations when needed, and always has a smile on her face.
