It has a fenced in backyard with patio furniture as well as a fire pit. It has just about anything you need to walk in and stay awhile. It is conveniently located to many things - grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. You would be located within 15-20 minutes of two state parks. It has 4 ball tournament fields anywhere from 5 minutes to twenty minutes away (Domtar, Brickyard, Winged Deer and White Top).
