Is it the most feature-rich hotel in the world? No. Is it perfectly adequate for a night or two if you need a place to sleep? Absolutely. There’s a supermarket for everything you need, two minutes walk away on the same side of the street; a lovely little restaurant five minutes walk in the opposite direction for good food; the staff, receptionists and cleaners both, were wonderfully friendly and cheery, always taking the time to share a friendly word; and while there’s a road a short distance away, cars are barely audible from your room. Coffee and tea, and bottled water are provided. The bed is large and firm, but still comfy. Didn’t have time to try out the shower as I overslept and had to rush to get ready for checkout. I would rate this very good at being exactly what it’s supposed to be; nothing more, nothing less.

I've stayed here before but had to give another chance as nothing else available on business trip date I needed. Tired dated room with uncomfortable bed Again no sleep, and having to bang on wall to ask people to be quite until Past gone 3am Why do they allow business bookings for professionals that have to get up the next day, but also allow foreign visitors that do not respect this.( yes were foreign as could here them talking all night. Wont be staying here ever again.

Booked on Agoda on the basis of accommodation plus breakfast. Rate reflected this. On arrival place looked closed down, eventually found a person at a table described as "reception". Rooms pictured in their advert in no way reflect the accommodation, which is more like a Travelodge. Told no food since Covid and not their fault incorrectly advertised! (Really - whose then?) Not interested in adjusting their rate even though seriously misleading. To still be using the Covid excuse for false advertising is a disgrace and tantamount to fraud! On the upside, room was comfortable, clean and functional.

This hotel has really gone downhill in recent years There is now no food at all, not even breakfast. At check in they manually write down your card details including the CVC code! I wasn't happy with that so left a £50 cash deposit which she stapled to some paper! Room is so basic and very scruffy. I wouldn't stay here again

Main building is all closed, no idea why but it means no bar, restaurant. Shower head was held up with cable ties and could not adjust temperature properly Some form of racing on A47, not their fault but was too noisy No information about any Wi-Fi The room was basic but clean No toiletries This place used to be so much better I won’t stay again

Arrived for 3 night stay first 2 nights ok arrived back on 3rd night very disgusted room had not been cleaned,receptionist did what she could but completely spoilt weekend will not us again reason given for room not being cleaned cleaners wouldn't do because they said covid was still about
