Excellent for visiting Killarney and surrounding area. 20 minute brisk walk into town. On main road which was noisy from the balcony rooms so bear in mind if you want more peace go around the back. A relaxed and friendly hotel.

Un hôtel immense, impersonnel, sans âme, Point positif, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner et dîner plutôt bon. Nous n’avons pas testé la piscine mais elle est grande et doit être agréable.

Wonderful place with a one stop shop options. Eat, play, dance, sing, enjoy and sleep at the same location they even have a cheap shuttle bus service to town. But they even have a pool and children entertainment areas. Coffee machine, fridge and kettle in the giant rooms.

While the hotel is in a great location, with excellent and friendly staff, I found the accommodation very dated for the 4 stars. We had a ground floor balcony room which had a very small en suite. The paint was peeling and the shower was tiny with just a shower curtain which caused the water to leak everywhere. There was a very clastraphobic feel with low ceilings and very dark, small things like no dressing gown meant it felt very much like a basic hotel. I attended the spa on Saturday and while I can't fault the amazing lady who did my massage, the facilities were lackluster. Any other spa I have been to has a locker room or changing area to, and you get a dressing gown and slippers before being brought to the treatment room. This did happen, which meant afterwards I just got dressed and was given a glass of water and some fruit in the hallway. My experience in other spa's usually have an area to relax afterwards and a real pampered feel. For €100 massage, there was no pampered feel at all. I had high expectations but I was disappointed with the facilities unfortunately.

This is a great hotel. We had a lovely balcony room overlooking the national park and attended a concert at INEC which is accessible on the ground floor. Lots of choice for dining and drinking all with friendly and helpful staff. A fabulous weekend, we will definitely return!

Drink and food overpriced and once room is paid for ye have no interest in your customers. Asked to pay a deposit on room AND pay for room up front before arrival and still you don't offer anything back. 5 years we are attending the darts event in the hotel and we leave unhappy every year

Spotless room, comfiest bed ever! Heavy curtains so a perfect sleep guaranteed!! As busy as the weekend was with a darts competition, breakfast was on time next morning. Loved my room. Staff were very friendly and helpful when booking a taxi into town. Quick check in.

Great stay, love the music nights away! Staff are as helpful as can be and are very friendly. Great food always and always great entertainment. In a nice part of town, lovely and peaceful. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a couple of night away!
