We spent 2 nights in Lyrath for our minimoon in June this year under 'the romantic in you package' and were greated with a personalised note in our bedroom from the general manager and complemetary chocolates on arrival. This was an additional perk aside from the welcome wine and flowers. Our room was lovely. It was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only criticism is that the wifi in our room 337 was very poor. Breakfast both mornings was excellent, the afternoon tea was delicious and the food in The Grill Bar was beautiful. We sampled a number of cocktails and they were all top class. The staff in the Grill Bar were excellent on both evenings. They even gave us a complimentary glass of bubbly and a chocloate to mark our occasion which was very thoughful. Thanks to all the team who we encountered during our trip, we will definetly return in the future for another stay.

From the wonderful friendly reception all the way through our stay, I would not have a bad word to say. Reception, bar, food, room and breakfast were all of the highest quality

I first came to Lyrath Estate for the spa which was absolutely phenomenal. The changing rooms and thermal suite were very clean and everything was working perfectly. The receptionist and the therapist were both very friendly and professional and the treatment was just divine. My experience took a turn when I went to Tuppers bar however, for the first time. The first time I was here was as part of the spa package, service was extremely slow and not attentive but I decided to let that incident slide and presumed that the next time would be a much better experience. I went back at the weekend and it was the same story. I met a waiter and asked if there were tables and he said to sit anywhere I liked. I was sat there for 10/15 minutes and not once was I acknowledged or handed a menu. There were only a handful of other people there, some of whom were already finished. There seemed to be enough staff on as when I was sitting waiting to be attended to there were three staff members behind the counter having a laugh and a chat. I I decided to not hang around again this time, as I had another engagement later that evening. On the way out I expressed my disappointment to the receptionist who was very understanding and offered to get a manager but at this stage I just wanted to get out of there. Very very poor service.. a 5 star venue with a 1 star service rating. It is extremely disappointing when other staff in the spa and reception are so friendly and accommodating.

Lyrath Estate is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are gorgeous, the food is delicious and the staff are so lovely. We try to visit annually because we love it so much! This time when we visited Lydia in Front office went above and beyond to make our night away even better. She was so nice and helpful and made sure we got an extra nice room that was available. Thanks Lydia! We will be back.

Availed of the summer offers and stayed down for 1 night, on a Friday. Beautiful dinner in the grill bar and resturant and loved using the pool facilities.

Once again, Lyrath did not disappoint. There is no other hotel in Ireland that I look forward to staying in than Lyrath. The staff, the amazing facilities and the Oasis Spa are second to none. I'm looking forward to my next trip there already. Thank you💛

Loved it all, room, pressie in room upon arrival, dining in The Grill,Anita, Laura, Ayanda, were so efficient, breakfast has all the choices and more, infinity pool relaxing and a view of the garden, wanted to stay for another day, perfect stay, thank you Emma Jayne and your team. Loved the music on the evening in lobby, adds to the atmosphere.
