Good hotel, big rooms comfy beds and a good breakfast too. Had to check in at the desk but staff were helpful and process was quick and easy.

Disappointing that reception had an issue with my booking as it was booked via Trip and therefore showed a Dubai address which rid not match my address. Eventually sorted, but reception wasn’t particularly friendly. Ok location, quite far out from Kidlington/Oxford without a car. Nice room.

Family visit to Blenheim Palace,
We’ve stayed in many premier inns and this one is the best ever. The service and staff very helpful, room perfectly clean and warm the breakfast was absolutely fantastic plenty of choice

Our check in quick and staff was friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was good and parking has lot of space. Lacking in cleanliness of bedroom bed sheets and bathroom towels. There were spots all over the towels and seems it was not replaced

Excellent place to stay with friendly staff and great transport links plus good food. The S7 bus which is just by this Premier Inn is superb, goes to blenheim papaver and Oxford which is excellent for us. The beefeater could use a variety upgrade especially in healthy meals

I found the hotel to meet all my needs. It’s just what you expect from a Premier Inn. The room was spotless and every member of staff that I encountered was polite. Check in was efficient and there was ample parking. The breakfast was at a Beefeater next door and was plentiful and well cooked. I didn't use the restaurant for dinner but it was open for lunch and dinner. My only complaint was that the windows didn’t open which I find so frustrating when it is 25 degrees outside and I just want some fresh air in the room.

We have stayed at your Kidlington Hotel on many occasions and this time it lived up to our expectations. We received a very friendly greeting, had a comfortable room and a good nights sleep. Breakfast on the Monday morning was just right. The cooked one for me and the continental one for my wife. The gentleman on on reception made the check in process so easy. As not too computer savvy 80 year olds it's good to have a person there to assist.

Check in could have been a disaster if not for staff member Rekha who came to our aid when we could not check in correctly on the machine. She was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Don't know how we would have managed if she had not been there. Rooms were quite good. Clean and comfy. Good showers. Breakfast could have been better. Went down at 8.30am. Cooked items were good but things kept running out on the continental area and only one member of staff to replenish everything, clear tables etc. she was very pleasant and efficient but needed help. Another staff member came out after a while but I think it requires two people at peak times.
