If you choose not to use the spiral staircase, you can access the lower level by way of the slider doors outback.✷ Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home but outside is OK and a receptacle is provided on the deck and in the driveway. If there is evidence of smoking inside the home there will be charges incurred anywhere from $100-$500 depending on if there is damage.✷ Check-out is promptly at 10am.✷ There will be a late check-out charge incurred of $150 for each hour past the 10am check-out time.✷ A hot tub fee of $100 if upon check out, jacuzzi water turns cloudy/muddy/sandy/residue floating. Extra cleaning services beyond routine cleaning will also be deducted from the security deposit depending on how long our crew takes to clean.✷ Take all trash out, place it in the bear bins, and latch closed. Charges will be incurred if the door is not latched and animals get into the trash.✷ We require guests to be 23 years of age to rent and stay in the cabin.
