Phòng và môi trường sống rất ưng ý, sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp và tiện nghi, vị trí nằm cạnh tháp béo, rất thuận tiện đi đến các nhà thờ Hồi giáo và chủng viện. Bữa sáng quá đơn giản, có quá ít sự lựa chọn.

Chính sách quản lý thiết bị bảo vệ môi trường tốt. Tôi hy vọng các khách sạn khác cũng làm điều này. Vị trí nằm trong Ichan Qa'la, khiến nó trở nên hoàn hảo để tham quan ở Ichan Qa'la. Như đã viết trong các bài đánh giá khác, thật tuyệt khi bạn có thể đến phòng khách sạn nếu muốn đi vệ sinh trong khi tham quan. Nó cũng dễ dàng để đến ga xe lửa. (Mẹo! Khi đến Ichan Kala, hãy bỏ qua lộ trình bản đồ của Google và chỉ cần đi thẳng dọc theo con đường giống như khu vườn phía trước Ga Khiva. Tiếp tục đi thẳng và bạn sẽ thấy Ichan Kala Alumni.) Căn phòng thực sự rộng rãi. Nó thậm chí không phải là một dãy phòng, nhưng phòng ngủ và phòng khách được ngăn cách, và mỗi phòng đều có ban công riêng, và mỗi phòng đều rộng rãi. Well located hotel in around Inchan kala. Clean and excellent hospitality. Well recommended to visitors to Khiva.

酒店地段極好就在古城中心，遺憾的事硬件實在太差太陳舊。不知道多少年陳的掛壁空調非常不給力，完全對抗不了六月初四十多度的濕熱高温。衹有躲在空調出風口才勉強感受一絲絲涼意。服務態度不錯，二樓沒有電梯，小二人肉提升行李入房間。當然，也是要付小費（非強制）的。

酒店位置極佳，在希瓦內城，主要景點酒店開窗即見，遊玩過程隨時可以回酒店休息，早上晚上人少時可以漫步古城。酒店設施舒適，早餐豐盛。提供付費烏爾根奇接機服務和付費希瓦站送站服務，可以郵件與酒店預約。服務態度很好，推薦來希瓦遊玩的朋友入住。請注意，淋浴熱水需要放較長時間，沒有牙具和瓶裝水。

服務非常好， 位置在古城裡麪，很方便。一定要住在古城裡麪。攜程上好像就這家店在古城裡。其他古城裡的酒店都要上booking這些網站定。

Although it may seem somewhat old-fashioned, both the service and the comfort are of quality. The reception was efficient and very helpful with everything we needed during the stay. The only point to improve the ventilation of the bathroom and maybe the breakfast.

Although the Arkanchi hotel is located in the old town near to the western gate, taxis can still park right outside the hotel, which is substantial, being on two floors. Reception staff were polite. I was told of the tourist tax and paid it. The lobby area is large and light with several sofas. I had a double room on the ground floor, with two single beds. It was of a good size. There was a desk with chair and another easy chair. It had a refrigerator, which unfortunately was not working. The bathroom was modern with a walk-in shower. There was also a kettle for making drinks. This was the first hotel in Uzbekistan where I found the bed comfortable: all the others had been too firm. I found the breakfast a bit disappointing, though there was a selection of hot and cold food. I would have liked to have seen more pastries. I would stay at this hotel again.

The high-point of this hotel is that it is located inside the Archan Kala walled complex which has most of the sights in Khiva. The staff in this place are not very conversant with English and the coordination was not up-to-the mark. The room itself was not very spacious and it had three single beds though we are a couple. Breakfast was of limited choice and items were served cold. No international news channel such as BBC, CNN, Al Jazeera were available on the flat screen TV. There was a minifridge. The wifi was robust but the electrical charging points were few. The toiletries were minimal,

This hotel is not at all as good as most reviews seem to say. It's not terrible, but given that it's much more expensive than the rest, I would say it's a bit disappointing. Khiva is a small tourist place at the end of the world and there is a very limited amount of stuff available there, so you can't expect much from any place there, especially food wise. This review takes this into account. The breakfast is pretty poor, and this is mostly the result of not much diversity available but still a better job could be done with fruits for instance. Note that they charge extra for coffee. We had a large room with a tiny window in a corner, no view. It was noisy, the mattresses weren't comfortable. The bathroom was very tiny. The bathroom was clean but the bedroom could be cleaner. Mopping under the beds for instance would be an improvement. Overall we didn't have a great experience with this hotel.

I actually got in this hotel for chance! I was supposed to stay in an other hotel but I was moved here! I should say extremely good luck! It’s super central, very nice, quiet, excellent staff, breakfast is very good! I hit recommend this hotel for your stay in Khiva

The hotel is clean, the location is excellent, and the staff is very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and check out late. The only downside was the pillows, which were very hard.

This hotel must have the best location in all of Khiva, in the middle of the Itchen Kala, handy to walk to all the sights and many restaurants, and yet quiet for a good sleep. The view out of our window....wow what an amazing place! Make sure you climb up to the terrace....worth the stair climb to look out over the fairytale city of Khiva! Our bed was comfortable, excellent wifi, good shower, though some may have problems with climbing into a high bath though. Breakfast was traditional with instant coffee that was actually quite nice and Bilol the attendant was very helpful. The choices were varied, with something for all tastes, but it would help if there were signs in English with the food names/descriptions, bit of a taste and see! Water was readily available from dispensers on each floor, which was much appreciated. Stairs only to the upper floor but staff were very helpful with our luggage, thank you :) Highly recommend you stay here.
