Kohka Wilderness Camp

Must say Amazing place to stay in Pench. Food, service and all other arrangment were top notch. Food was so delicious and from the home grown setup that we would just wait for lunch, dinner time. Not too oily, spicy. It was mindblowing tasty. All the staff are super friendly and accomodate your request without any hesitation and smile. Rooms are spacious, cleanliness is maintained on daily basis. Sitout area is also spacious and clean. Wakeup call in morning and the packed breakfast for morning safari was amazing, they really know what they are doing. Kids friendly area, TV, books, playing area is avilable. And all this credit goes to Mr. Sourabh who is the owner of the property and stays at the property himself to manage all the hospitality the resort offers. He is very friendly and genuine person. Overall we had best Jungle safari experience ***** with stay in Kohka. Right from the word go, the holiday experience with Kohka was nothing short of excellent. We had the entire team make us feel at home, and their attention to detail was outstanding. Highly recommended place is Pench to stay.

Cannot praise this property enough We were a group of moms with babies , and could let our children roam freely in the property without being scared .. the food was in time and delicious , the staff was humble and polite , rooms clean Definitely a must visit Shout to Saurabh for being warm and a great host

We (Yirah Creations team) reached Kohka Camp in the afternoon after an overnight stay at Nagpur. The ride was pleasant and short. We were welcomed by Mr. Shourabh Ghosh the owner of this beautiful place which we were to call home for the next 4 days. We had four safar - three day and one night safari - at Pench. We were escorted to the rooms by a very courteous staff who took good care of us throughout our stay . The Rooms were very comfortable, the ambience too good with Bamboo trees around, a garden and play area for children, a swimming pool and lots and lots of trees. We were treated to some scrumptious and yummy meals throughout our stay. The place is very close to Turia gate and also to the Kohka Lake for an evening outing. An excellent place to come back after a tiring safari. A great place to wind off for a person who belongs to the metropolis city.

Kohka Wilderness Camp has been a property on our bucket list since the first time we travelled to Pench. Finally had the opportunity to stay here and it was definitely worth the wait. Being one of the oldest properties in Pench, Kohka Wilderness Camp offers a true Safari Lodge experience. The cottages are designed with earthy décor, with a spacious verandah outside to sit and enjoy the sounds of the birds. The aesthetic elements of the property are creatively made using material available locally, be it the beautiful pottery displays, the simple lights in the dining, lamps in the room or one of my favorite the hand-made bamboo showers. Even their toiletries are specially made using natural products from the forest. In the recent years, where every second wildlife property is turning into a fancy resort to accomodate the growing commercial leisure business in Pench, KWC maintains it's wild authenticity. Equipped with a Gaming/Reading room, sprawling lawns and a massive simming pool, the Camp offers all the modern amenities one looks for. It's warmth and hospitality is absolutely delightful. The owner Mr. Shourabh Ghosh is an endearing personality and ensures that no guest returns unsatisfied from his premises. The staff is very well trained and are always ready to serve you with a warm smile. Would also like to give a special mention to the staff members Lokesh and Atul who went over and above to make our stay fantastic. The food at the property was absolutely delectable. Since they have an organic garden within the property itself, the food which gets served is absolutely fresh and undeniably delicious. All in all, this is an absolute haven for anyone looking to unwind in the wild. KWC's simple elegant ways are a treat to the soul and I recommend this property to all.

The property has a good feel about it not a v high end or luxury property but good enough for jungle enthusiasts.. they cater only to families and jungle enthusiasts.. they need to buckle up on breakfast for jungle safaris v less quantity.. rooms are clean and so are the bathrooms.. food is good too.. a decent property overall.. 10 mins drive from turia gate..

Great Hospitality, Excellent homely food with lots of variety every day, Clean rooms and polite staff. Mr.Saurbh Ghosh is a excellent person and as a owner verifies quality of your stay. We 2 families stayed at the resort for 2 days and really enjoyed the stay. Rustic feel given to the resort is adorable and also lot of care taken for environment.
