ผมต้องการยกเลิกการจอง เพราะเพื่อนไม่สามารถเข้าพักได้เนื่องจากไม่สบาย แต่ทางโรงแรมไม่ยอมยกเลิกให้และจะเก็บเงินอย่างเดียว ซึ่งไม่ได้ดูเหตุจำเป็นที่เกิดขึ้น ในขณะที่ทางโรงแรมสามารถยกเลิกให้ได้แต่ไม่ทำ ประสบการณ์แย่มาก อ้างนโยบาย อ้างเจ้าของไม่ยอม อ้างจะโดนหักเงินเดือน เพื่อที่จะได้คิดเงินจากลูกค้า ซึ่งเป็นอะไรที่รับไม่ได้จริงๆ

ประสบการณ์ครั้งของการจองที่พักผ่านแอพนี้ ที่ตั้งถือว่าไม่ไกลจากถนนสายหลักมาก บริการดีมาก ใจดีมาก ห้องพักและห้องน้ำสะอาด (น้ำไหลแรง) หมูกระทะและอาหารเช้าอร่อยด้วย
