The Saint Hotel Key West, Autograph Collection

Went to the bar during happy hour today. Super great cocktails. All alcohol 30 off. The bartender was great made me a cucumber marg. So, so tasty! Their apps also looked great but I was not hungry. You would walk right by this place and would not even know it was there.

I can't say enough about this hotel. Small and quiet but location was central to anything by the water or on Duval. Had a room with a pool view. Staff was amazing and friendly every day. Didn't get a chance to eat or have drinks there. I would definitely return. Clean, comfortable and pleasant.

Beautiful boutique hotel with the best location in Key West. Friendly and efficient check-in with Latoya, she assigned us an upgraded room, chic and immaculate, with a walkout patio on the first floor. Great for lounging and drinking coffee, while enjoying the sound of the pool waterfall. Room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The service in Tempt bar and the outdoor dining experience was fantastic. Chino, Shawn, and Malina took great care of us for 3 evenings. They have the best happy hour drink and appetizer menu in on the island. Drinks are creative works of art and everything on the menu is delicious, especially the scallops and crab cakes. Maria was the friendly bartender at the upstairs rooftop bar, Halo, which had live music at 8pm. Breakfast was my favorite meal of the day. We had the pleasure of being served by Franz. He delivered our meals with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Kasia, at the front desk, was so kind to allow us a late check out on our departure day. Bellmen and Valets, Gustavo and Nico were super helpful with all our luggage on arrival and departure. And a big Thank You to Manager, Mr Abraham, who makes you feel like family during your stay, He and his incredible staff are all first class. Can’t wait to come back and stay at the Saint Hotel!!!!

This is a VERY expensive hotel yet the experience did not match the price. The biggest problem is live music they have on an outside deck right beside rooms. It’s extremely loud, every night and not very good at all. Beware not to stay in rooms near the front of the hotel. The food was pricey and underwhelming.

We had high hopes for this hotel. We are Marriott Titanium members so very loyal to the brand. Our encounters with most staff were very pleasant. We were happy to have daily housekeeping and water in our room. We had a pleasant lunch at the restaurant while we waited for our room. The hotel itself is old and we were in a king bed on the 2nd floor across from the Roof Top bar. Note there are no elevators. The bar and music stop at 11. The lighting in the room is very poor - part of the vibe is blue lights so our bathroom had one blue overhead light and 2 dim sconces at the vanity. One of the sconces would flicker off and on. I felt like we were in a disco. Very difficult to put on makeup or for shaving - no natural light. Our room had a loud dehumidifier that needed to be run or the humidity would soar to 90 in the room. We could not cool the room down even though it was only 70ish outside. It was pouring rain one morning and I decided to walk to the lobby to get us coffee. So I walked down the steps in the rain and then through 2 different pool gates to get to the lobby. The man at the desk provided me with an umbrella but to get back to the room with the coffee, I need to put everything down, lift the latch on each gate, prop it open, put one cup at a time on the other side and then back to holding the umbrella and 2 cups of coffee up the stairs to the door that open to our hallway and then open the door to our room. Exhausting! We paid a lot for our stay and would never stay here again. There is another Autograph Hotel around the corner. Perhaps that is a nicer property.

In early October I booked this hotel for a stay January 11th with my 5 year old son (he was on the reservation). At some point between my booking and January 1st they switched from a regular hotel to an adult only hotel with the tag line “Where We Play Naughty and Sleep Saintly”, which is obviously not ideal/safe for a five year old. Hotel did not contact me at any point to even let me know this. I contacted Marriott on 1/1, and then cancelled my hotel on 1/2 having not heard anything back. Manager finally called back on 1/2 after a second follow up and seemed to think my cancelling my room 1/2 took care of everything from their end. Was unapologetic and dismissive. I had to scramble with 9 days notice to find new accommodations with rates jacked up due to the short notice. I’m not sure what its like to actually stay here but if the my interaction with the manager is reflective of the level of service they offer than buyer beware.
