Located on a deep and wide canal with a 75 ft dock (45 ft of boat dockage due to boat lift) and easy access to the Vaca Cut Bridge - both the Atlantic and Gulf, fishing and diving are just minutes away. The dock is equipped with a cutting board, umbrella, and running water. Our East facing home offers a private heated pool, barbecue, and a fully equipped kitchen. As our guest, you will have access to The Cabana Club which boasts a large pool, hot tub, sandy beach, restaurant, and bar. The City of Key Colony Beach is a peaceful, walkable community with public tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts, and a Par 3 golf course. We have kayaks, tennis rackets, pickle ball paddles, and family board games on the premises for your use. One of our favorite things is to enjoy cocktails and fresh steak and seafood cooked on one of the two propane grills provided at the tiki hut right on the beach. So gorgeous!Ready for adventure? Nearby there is fishing, snorkeling and diving as well as bike, kayak and paddleboard rentals.
