Welcome to Isla Paraiso, a newly renovated duplex offering two individual units, each designed to accommodate your party size with 2 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, and 1 bathroom inside and one more outside, pool, dock, kayaks, ice machine, bait freezer. Please note, this unit during high season January thru April - June and July will only accepts Saturday to Saturday bookings. OPTIONS TO RENT YOUR WAY: 1. For parties of UP to 6 guests - enjoy the lower unit at the rate shown at checkout. Be sure to add the pool heater for only an $150.00 per week to add an extra touch of luxury to your stay. 2. For larger groups (6+ to 12 guests) ONLY - enjoy the full house, both the lower and upper unit for an additional price per day. Be sure to add all applicable FULL HOUSE fees accordingly to get a clear total of your reservation. NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO Pets or Animals allowed, as much as we love traveling with our furry friends, we cannot accommodate their stay. Disclaimer: No separate bookings are available. Pool heater can get be added at a $150.00 per week. The cleaning fee for the lower unit is $300 per week and for those using the full house, an additional $250.00 per week will be added. No split unit bookings: The property is rented to only one party at a time for privacy. Outdoor Oasis & Boater’s Paradise Deep-Water Canal: Direct access to the ocean! Ice: Commercial ice maker machine, cleaning table! Private Dock: Fits one boat up to 32 feet – perfect for fishing, diving, or cruising! Private Pool: Heated upon request from November to April ($150 per visit) Plenty of Parking: Large driveway accommodates boat trailers and extra vehicles Sandy Palms Vacations offers a complimentary starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. For when you’re ready to get out of snooze mode and into adventure mode: Guests can enjoy a scenic drive down the famous Seven Mile Bridge to Key West for the impeccable sunsets and lively atmosphere filled with one-of-a-kind dive shops, eateries, bars and family-friendly activities like soaking up the sun in a fishing charter or snorkel trip. Enjoy street performances in Mallory Square, window-shopping down Duval Street and don’t forget to visit the Hemingway House and the Southernmost Point. Whatever you want to enjoy this trip, you can find it in Key West. Want to experience something unique to Marathon? Consider visiting wildlife reserves like the Turtle hospital or the Dolphin Research Center where you can not only learn how to prevent these animals from extinction, but learn to feed and care for them with their special programs. Can’t get enough of the beach? Marathon has 3 main beaches! Of all three, we recommend Sombrero Beach. Don’t forget to enjoy the local food with the waterfront views! We suggest visiting Sparky`s Landing in Key Colony Beach and Burdine`s Waterfront located at the end of 15th Street where you will find unique dining establishments with live music and of course, the catch-of-the-day.
