Staff are absolutely fantastic and welcoming, cosy and clean rooms. Friendly my staff always going the extra mile. Always helpful and make you feel safe and will always say hello when you walk past reception and not just ignore you. Thank you for everything

Stayed Christmas 2024 and can't fault it for the price. Clean room, comfortable bed that for a disabled person with back issues gave the best sleep I'd had in a long time. The staff were friendly and gifted me the WiFi upgrade as a Christmas present which was a lovely gesture and something nowhere else ever did that has two tier WiFi. The Breakfast fills the spot and the pub had nostalgic memories as it was one of my haunts back in the day. If there was one minor it was there was a reduced menu which disappointed my parents when they met me as it lacked sandwiches but it still had the meal essentials. Gotta say too, Ubers are a damn sight cheaper in KTown than in Colchester for what are identical sized places.

I had an excellent stay. Very comfortable place and friendly service. Nice and clean rooms. I’ve stayed at Premier Inn’s before and cannot fault the standards are high for a budget hotel. Highly recommended. Over all a great stay, I was on a business trip so will see you soon. Thank You

Rajat who was on duty this morning went way above your normal high standard of service, helping me with a courteous smile and a very happy demeanor. Thank you doesn't really seem enough, but Thank you Rajat. He sets the bar high for customer satisfaction and should be recognised for this.

The hotel is so convenient for the A14, and offers excellent value for money, with the Telford Lodge on site providing the answer for where to eat. The room was clean and comfortable, check in and out was so easy, and the staff were very cheerful. We will stay there next time we are passing.

I am currently staying in this wonderful hotel for at least 1 week and I can not fault anything especially the staff! After a recent traumatic ordeal I have been made to feel super safe and the staff members specifically INGA, Louise and Liam who have catered to my every need! They deserve a reward for tolerating me and their patience and service has been amazing. No judgement and given me this chance to rebuild my confidence and offer me a safe space where I feel safe. I refused housekeeping as I like to keep myself busy and when I changed my bed Inga kindly got me pillowcases. Louise is a darling too and arranged with market harborough premier inn to hold my stuff I left there in the store cupboard which is a relief given I left Hospital in Leicester to come straight to Kettering hotel before I could collect my belongings (couple of outfits etc) which is all I own at present due to circumstances beyond imagining
