OYO 90180 Gemilang Hotel Kerteh

Very very disappointed with the service! Worst ever!!! Despite staying for 2 weeks, hotel only do housekeeping for my room only 2 times. That also upon request. Eventhough i have texted the hotel and inform them to do daily housekeeping for my room. From television channel not working properly to only 1 light functioning, with also power plug broken and lots of ants in the room. I not sure how describe anymore. Atleast do some room checking before having someone occupying the room. I’m not sure why it is so hard for the hotel to atleast offer basic services. Even the PIC I’m dealing with also not properly replying to my text message. I had stay in this hotel in 2022 and that time the service is far far far better than this.

Comfortable room for family with child. Comfort bed & new air-conditioning 👍

The place was good and this is my second time here, everything was good, definitely will repeat again

We arrived at mid day to find out that the hotel is at second floor. No traditional front office. We had to wander around until the check in time and Kerteh (without car) is pretty much not a walkabout place. We rented a family room. Two double beds+bathroom+tv+fan+AC. Basic but OK. The hotel is next to the East Coast road so expect to hear cars rumble deep into the night. Local restaurants are about 10 minutes walk. There is a 7 eleven store too nearby. I guess not too bad for a budget hotel. Btw apart from the need to carry your luggages upstairs you need to leave your shoes at the top of the stairs, before entering the rooms area.

I like there because it's easy to go somewhere
