Anasa Corfu

The hotel itself is gorgeous, with views to die for. However, the room we were placed in, although absolutely stunning, the electrics continuously cut out meaning we could not charge anything, the lights wouldn’t work and the aircon would not work. We spoke to reception the first time it happened, it came back on and within 5 minutes turned back off again and didn’t start working until an hour later. The following day it happened again, this time it would come back on, then turn itself off, this happened around 6 times in the space of an hour. We spoke to reception via email and were told we were unable to move rooms and basically there was nothing they could do to help us. We had to leave and find somewhere else to stay as no one can stay in a room with no electrics especially not in 37 degree heat! The communication between reception and ourselves was minimal and they just did not seem interested in helping us out. We have not been refunded for the two nights we lost out on staying even though we have emailed and tried to get a refund, once again no communication and they have just completely ignored our emails. We understand issues like this happen, but they did nothing to help resolve this and did not even try to communicate with us, the gentleman in reception who i believe is the owner made snide remarks about it being our fault and that we ‘Cannot charge multiple devices at a time’ which we wasn’t. ‘Your key card needs to be in the machine for the electrics to work’ Which it was and continued to belittle us and make us feel as though it was our fault. Would not stay again due to these issues.

We liked friendly atmosphere in the hotel. Staff was ready to help or advise with anything. We arrived too early for check in, but they managed to make the waiting time a pleasant experience for us. Rooms were cleaned daily and everything was in order the whole time. And we also loved the food from hotel restaurant - even if the portions were too big for us :D Extra points for really beautiful views from the room And, special thanks for all the tips for nice beaches around the island :)

Booked a double room with covered patio with a beautiful sea vue....very peaceful and private. The pool was so idyllic, small and intimate, ample sun beds with an amazing view. Breakfast was delishious, so much choice abd self service. Lunch and dinner options were divine excellent and very reasonable prices, on par with prices in the near by town. The Greek Salad was divine, best ever..very special twist on the usual greek salads that are served. Thomas and Christina run a superb estaishment and they have z grest team supporting them

Travelling solo for the first time I found this to be an oasis of welcomeness. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was not tucked around the back next to the bins but was a sea facing ground floor studio which was extremely comfortable and super clean. It was a bit of a walk into town but I knew this before I booked and there was a bus stop at the end of the drive to go into Benitses. Travelling at the end of September meant that there was plenty of room at the pool and all the local tavernas.

Really beautiful place. We wish we stayed more then 3 nights. Location is a short drive from Benitses, but we took number 6 bus. Views are spectacular. Breakfast tasty and plentiful. Pool area relaxed, whole atmosphere pleasant and easy going. Rooms very well presented. We had private plunge pool, really lovely but the hotel pool is also pretty private. Staff friendly but in background- there if you need them but not overbearing.

We stayed at Anasa for 10 days with my husband and my 14 months old little boy and were really satisfied! The staff is so warm and always smiling, the buffet at breakfast is various, the view is breathtaking, and their cocktails are delicious! We’ve never been in a place where we felt like family this way. A special thank to Thomas and his family who were absolutely lovely, so warm, and authentic! We will go back to Anasa for sure and we recommend it thousand times!
