Residence Inn Kenwood

I was very impressed with every thoughtful features of this hotel. Though more than I needed for my visit, the room was impressively designed and stocked like a small apartment, with a fully functional kitchen. Everything was sparkling clean. The bathroom was large, closet space huge, television set for streaming Netflix or Amazon Prime, the mattress firm and bedding plush. There is excellent blackout screening shades on the windows. Decor is soothing, and ambiance is quiet. Breakfast is adequate, as you would expect, nothing extraordinary. On top of all that excellence, the hospitality is superb. The genuine friendliness and professionalism of staff is remarkable here. In 4 mornings I met an array of front desk staff, each were gracious and made me feel at home. A malfunctioning air conditioning unit in my room was fixed the first day with a smile and skill by handyman Will. Thank you to all the staff for making this hotel great.

The room was perfect. It had everything we could ever want in the room. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again! Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel staff, which was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great.

stayed here for a weekend to check out U of Cincinnati. Location was perfect. directly across the mall and convenient to have condados in the same building. everything was clean and quiet. the breakfast ladies did an outstanding job keeping hungry people filled. the exercise room did the job for me. unfortunately didn't have time to use the pool. the front desk were awesome. definitely my go to place for the area

There are so many things to like about this hotel: beautiful room and its amenities, great walk-in shower, everything was clean and new. The help were nice and friendly; great location. The cons that I encountered were a very noisy air conditioning system that I had to turn off . Guest services, via phone, never answered busy all the time. Hotel operator never answered, busy all the time. I cannot figure out how to turn on the lights next to the bed.
