Sailor's Beach Club

Sailors exceeded our expectations for service, friendliness of staff and cleanliness. The food was very good and there were a lot of choices and variety.

Bayram tatili için nişanlımla bu hafta konakladık. Açıkçası ayrılırken çok üzüldük diyebilirim. Temiz odaları, taze yemek çeşitleri, denizi ve güler yüzlü personeliyle kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir deneyim oldu. Özelikle plaj voleybolu başta olmak üzere dart, havuz oyunları gibi tüm aktivitelerde eğlendik. En kısa sürede yine görüşmek üzere Sailor's Beach Club ailesi :)

It was a generally nice holiday and staff has been mostly helpful and friendly. Building and facilities are new and modern. I liked the energy saving solutions especially. Beds and bedding were comfortable and rooms spacious. However I would like to point out at certain negative sides of this hotel and service. When we checked in rooms were clean, minibar full, but there was only two sets of towels even we were three persons. (1 adult 2 children). After arrival and until I complained room was not cleaned, they only emptied bins, hanged towels neatly, straightened bedding and folded sheets. The actual washing, dusting and wiping was not performed, there were marks and stains around sink, dust and sand on the floor. Minibar was often not replaced. I had to complain to reception few times, sometimes they would fix things sometimes nothing has been done. Food was good and selection was good, BUT there were SO MANY flies! Absolutely everywhere in the restaurant, they sat on food and were constantly present. It redused the pleasure of enjoying the food. Main restaurant was also quite small relative to the amount of guests, best tables by the window with the view were often reserved by the management. Waiters though tried to do a good job and find you a table and clear fast between the guests, so we appreciated it. They also worked incredibly fast and were pleasant. I would however suggest they should be stricter and refused people in wet swimsuits. Hotel that promotes itself as sustainable should also find a solution to replace insane amount of plastic water bottles and plastic straws and wrapping. I would also suggest to weigh all the food scraped from the plates and in the morning post the number of kilograms visibly in the screens or signs, for people to think before they take food they won’t eat. Pools were clean and area generally clean. Beach is small though again-in comparison to the size of the hotel, sunbeds so close to each others and it gets very packed. My youngest son also got a big scratch on the way from our room (1st floor block 3), it was a metal fence around the playroom sharp corners of which were not protected. I took a picture and showed it to the reception, I suggested it should be fixed before more children hurt themselves. We went to the first aid office and were dissapointed that the nurse there didn’t speak any English (neither did she speak Russian), considering it’s a tourist place I think all staff should at least manage some basic English. Overall I’d say if the hotel improved all the above-mentioned things I’d come back to it again. :)

The Sailor's Beach Club entertainment team deserves the highest praise! They not only brilliantly entertain us every day, but also create an indescribable atmosphere of joy and fun on the coast. The vacation was a great success. Let me start with the fact that the hotel is not large, but cozy, beautiful with green territory. Good cleaning of the rooms, replenishment of the minibar every day. Animation good, easy during the day. Cool, mesmerizing shows in the evenings. Very sad to leave and want to come back again.

First impressions were superb. A beautiful hotel, albeit quite a long transfer time from the airport. We arrived much later than expected due to a flight delay and an appalling transfer and were greeted by lovely English speaking reception staff. Check in was extremely efficient and we were whisked off to a beautiful duel aspect room, with a large balcony and lovely furnishings. The mini fridge was well stocked with soft drinks. Beers would have been nice but probably best to have a few alcohol free hours in the day! Due to our late arrival the buffet restaurant had stopped serving food but we were able to get a light meal at 22:45 from the night buffet. So the pros and cons of this hotel. Of course, this is only our opinion and we appreciate that the hotel can't cater for all tastes and ages. Pros: 1. Everywhere in the hotel and grounds is immacula. te. The cleaning and gardening staff are to really be congratulated on the job that they do. 2. The rooms are very comfortable, modern and bright. 3. Cocktails in the Lobby Bar were excellent. They weren't particularly consistent but always very nice and well presented. I like the fact that the staff could put their own twist on the preparation. 4. Every member of staff that we had the pleasure of meeting were polite, attentive and most spoke really good English. They should also be commended on their patience and resilience when dealing with a large number of very rude holiday makers. 5. The beach was stony but it meant the water was clear and the pier is a lovely place to have a short stroll. 6. The buffet restaurant food was plentiful and there was a good choice. 7. The Italian a la carte (an extra 10 euros a head) was absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent and the food delicious and HUGE. 8. The Circus entertainment one evening was really very good. Cons: 1. Loud music was EVERYWHERE. The main pool belts it out from 10am and, as the beach is located nearby, it is impossible to get away from it. The buffet restaurant plays the same music over and over, too loud to be ambience and too awful to want to listen to it. Every bar has music playing. The only place we found without music constantly playing was the pool with the slides. 2. The buffet restaurant is just a large, noisy canteen. People jostle to get food onto their plates and walk in a straight line, barging past anyone in their path. We weren't there in high season, it must be horrendous. 3. The staff in the buffet restaurant work tirelessly to keep tables cleared and ready. However, they are slightly over enthusiastic and clear anything left for a second. We collected drinks and put them on our table and went back to get food and when we returned the drinks had been cleared. It meant one of us always had to stay at the table. 4. The entertainment was very much geared to younger clientele, with foam parties, loud exercise classes (including a very unnecessary use of a whistle) and dance exhibitions. 5. The air conditioning

Back from a great family holiday @Sailors Beach Club Hotel. Lovely modern 5* hotel all inclusive. Stayed in a two bedroom family suite with large balcony. Enjoyed the sunshine, snorkelling, swimming, sightseeing, trying new foods and spending time with our adult kids. Different restaurants and bars throughout the resort. Quiet or busy so you could take your pick. We loved the the separate dessert places - Milky Bar with milkshakes, slushies and ice creams. The patisserie and coffee shop for special treats and the waffle / pancake bar ❤️ hard not to put weight on 🤦‍♀️ loads of activities day and night for both adults and families. Own water park on site and different games in main pool each day. Plus a weekly foam party 🥳 The entertainment was the best we’ve seen in a land / hotel based holiday. They brought in professional acts which were brilliant. The Michael Jackson tribute was very good as was the acrobat and magic shows. Only downside for some people possibly could be that the hotel mainly has Turkish, German and Russian guests hardly any English, so if you want to make friends and chat with other English people forget it. This was not a problem for us at all. In fact it made for a nice change 😂 Would definitely recommend. The staff were really nice.

Wow,what can I say this is an excellent hotel,very clean and spotless,all staff are polite and helpful,the entertainment is excellent,and the food is very nice,with a lovely variety for all tastes,I just wished there was more English people that visited this lovely outstanding place,I will be coming back,very impressed.
