DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya-Kemer All-Inclusive Resort

To be honest this hotel exceeded our expectations for a 1st time We booked a last min deal expecting weather to be mixed. It helped the weather has been good to enjoy the facilities more -but the hotel stanadard has been very good standard too We Liked all the different areas - The beach decking was lovely Only issue it's a very stoney beach it requires a walk-in to the sea as its very difficult to get in and out due to stones even with shoes on espec for older age group ( maybe a sandbank or form walk-in would be a good suggestions ) -The outdoor cinema was excellent- loved it - The upstairs bar has stunning views and an excellent plus - Staff very friendly and helpful - Unique concept of the food market and all food has been very tasty and to a high standard -Entertainment was low key - needed more variety of singers in evening (but maybe it was because of out of season ) - Had a sea view room lovely but spoilt by slide -This needed to be in a different place -but a minor issue -A Shame we did not get to use pier but looks very attractive It opened day we came home So impressed we are talking about coming back -It was just what we needed chilled relaxing comfortable with excellent service and standards in all areas Thank u

Just returned from a week in the Double Tree by Hilton in Kemer, we had a lovely time and to be fair we were very lucky with the weather, however it’s hard to truly say it’s a five star venue, it’s not far from it, but at the moment it’s a good four star at best. There were just too many little flaws in and around the complex with regards maintenance, decoration and repair issues, there were what looked like long ignored floor tile problems including hazardous cracks and just plain missing floor tiles all around the public areas, we stayed in a Deluxe room with untidy decor, loose fittings and the glass balustrades on the balcony fixed up with copious amounts of silicone sealant so perhaps not worth the extra we paid. The bed in the room was almost impossible to sleep on it was so hard and the pillows we had by default were also uncomfortable but they did have a pillow menu and I suspect had we requested alternatives they may have been better so I’ll take the blame for that one, and again to be fair to the hotel other people we spoke with said the beds were very comfortable so it might just be a personal preference issue. The staff were generally very good with a special mention to the roller blade waiters who were very efficient and friendly, but there certainly were several that appeared to really not want to be there but again that’s a problem everywhere and an issue for management to resolve. Breakfast was ok, main evening selection was a hit or a miss, some trays were empty and not filled fast enough ie left standing waiting so just gave up and moved on, however lunch selection was excellent, loved the idea of using street food type vans serving Thai, Mexican, pasta, doner wraps and burgers though there was a major hygiene risk at the main serving areas for veg and rice etc with small birds eating off the serving spoons, totally unacceptable!!. Drinks were good quality and pleasantly surprised to have Guinness available at the Irish themed bar, busy upstairs at the main bar but they certainly worked hard to serve asap. Also a nice little touch for my wife’s birthday with decorations and cake in the room even though we never gave notice to this, thanks lovely touch. All in all a lovely time, met some great friendly people just let down with some of the issues above. So give it a try anyway ……..

Metin again did not let us down with his legendary pasta dishes, they are so tasty. He never fails to put in his best effort, you can tell he takes so much pride in his work. I didn't think I would be eating pasta for lunch while away but you have just got to have it. Many thanks Scott

Beautiful hotel.Spotless.The staff are amazing. A very special thank you to Harun in the restaurant,he was professional, courteous and attentive,he knew what we needed before we did. The breakfast in particular is very good and the food courtyard with it's various food vans was lovely for lunch The rooms are cleaned everyday. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool is lovely and beautiful when lit up at night The lasting memory will be the magnificent snow capped mountains overlooking the hotel whilst we basked in glorious weather.
