Home is located near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac street. Even though the street is quiet, it is close to the Kemah Boardwalk with entertainment and restaurants. Situated towards the end of a quiet street, this 4,000 SF home is suited for longer and short stays! Our guests will open the front doors to a living room with a spectacular gulf view - or, if you'd like to make the most of your stay right as you arrive, our backyard features a private pool and a hot tub! Prepare warm, home-cooked meals in our fully equipped kitchen, or make the best grilled lunch in the Tiki Hut! Pineapple Bay's room distribution: Near the game room, the master suite upstairs features one king-sized bed and one full bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed, and an attached half-bath located in the second living area. This space also features a sofa bed. The third bedroom downstairs offers two queen beds with an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom sleeps three on two twins and a trundle bed. Guests will have exclusive access to swimming pool, hot tub, kayaks, pier and more! Comes with a boat ramp and plenty of private parking (up to 7 cars).
