住過的史上最差酒店，電視打不開，居然連house keeping都沒做，還不如一個汽車旅館！

下次去還會住的酒店，下樓有個不錯的公園

We had a pool side balcony and unfortunately the pool area was filled with people who did not care about how their behaviors affected others. They were noisy abd very ignorant. The staff were great, but the people carried on being noisy until after midnight. The staff spoke to them twice but it took me going on my balcony and telling the people to leave the area. I got a grandvtotal of 2 hours sleep before an all day flight. I was, and am not happy with the stay.

There is no privacy between rooms. We could unfortunately hear everything going on in all the rooms around us. The pool and hot tub were disgusting with hair and floaties everywhere. Shower in our room had no water so the was no bathing.

The front desk person clearly was under trained. Pleasant but not yielding. Whoever Carrie’s cards around anymore. All Mine are on my phone. She said I couldn’t tap. Sounds a little archaic. Otherwise ever else was great. Loved the main floor room close to the exit.

The hotel is fairly clean but older and a bit rundown. My room smelled so gross but was fairly clean. Luckily I could open the sliding door to air it out. It was very quiet in a tower room.

Staff were great and good to deal with. The hotel is an older design with narrow hallways and tight spaces, and to be expected is a bit run down. The bathroom fan was very noisy, to the point you didn’t want to turn the light on. The bed was comfortable. The room was equipped fairly well.

Great stay to celebrate anniversary! Very comfortable and safe and clean. And was nice to be able to walk to the mall across the highway from the hotel.

Noisy kids in pool before 8am.. not hotel's fault Elevator in main hotel would be convenient

I didn't like the fact that their disabled parking spots had a sign that said maximum 15 minutes. Wien asked at the front desk the gentlemen said it was right. Not acceptable treatment for our disabled people

We arrived at the hotel and had requested pool side room as it was our daughter’s 3rd birthday. We arrived and swam, and got ready for bed and discovered our room was infested with ants. We called the front desk and she moved us rooms to a couple down the hall, again infested with more ants. It was disgusting. DO not recommend this hotel.
