This is a fully AC-equipped unit, has mountain and golf course views, a great tropical breeze, and is located within a safe, family friendly community. It is only a short walk to a beautiful beach! This is a legal short-term vacation rental unit (located in an A-1 zoned area bordering the Turtle Bay Resort. The Department of Planning & Permitting has confirmed our ability to legally short-term rent in a recent ruling). This legal short-term rental is licensed for operation. Our license number is: STR 23.We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting in accordance with the CDC guidelines; especially frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remote controls, etc.) before you check in.This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is newly renovated and has everything you need for a great Hawaiian vacation. We have installed brand new flooring, new ceiling fans and a new washer / dryer. This is a fully air-conditioned unit. It has a powerful split AC unit in the living room with remote and an AC window unit in the bedroom with remote. The bedroom features a large king-size bed and the living room has a fold-down queen size murphy bed, comfy couch and a cushioned chair. We also have an air-bed for guests if needed. Maximum condo occupancy is 4 people. We welcome families with children 5 years and older, however our home is not furnished or designed to accommodate families with infants or toddlers. Pets are not allowed. This is the perfect oasis situated conveniently in the heart of the North Shore.Guests will have access to the shared condo pool and tennis courts, walking trails, a great beach a quick 7-10 minute walk away which has snorkeling and surfing options, we will provide a gate code or electronic key to enter the condo parking lot.
