Mythos Palace Resort & Spa

We arrived at the hotel at 1am and within 5 minutes at our arrival we were taken to the most beautiful room (139). Our room was waiting for us with cold drinks, wine and other luxuries. The main restaurant is open 24 hours to eat. We had a little snack on our arrival as our flight was delayed. Beds are comfortable in both rooms ( family of 4). The swim up pool was big, clean and with a beach view. Hotel staff were welcoming, helping and nothing is too much for them. Food was lovely with plenty of fruit and salads and options of international cuisines. Dinner staff were very polite and smiling all the time. The hotel was well maintained and kept clean at all times. Hotel is on the beach with plenty of beds available. A beach bar is handy and staff there are amazing. Overall it was a lovely experience and will definitely recommend to others if you are looking for a holiday to sit and relax.

I visited Mythos Palace with my husband and this was our honeymoon. However, we have a 3 year old daughter so my parents also came along and shared a room with her- so it was a honeymoon & a family holiday, too. This was a Greek Paradise. Honestly the best holiday we have ever been on. The hotel itself is stunning- very grand and beautiful. From the moment we arrived, early hours in the morning, we were greeted by friendly reception staff who welcomed us, checked us in and took our luggage to our respective rooms. In mine and my husbands room, the towels had been made into swans with rose petals on the bed- this was a really lovely touch. We were then invited to go into the main restaurant for a light bite to eat after our journey- this was very much appreciated. The beds were so comfy and we had perfect nights sleep. Minimal noise. The breakfast was always perfect- our daughter loves sausages and every morning, she was super happy getting up to fill her plate! The staff were unbelievably kind, friendly & genuinely could not do enough for us. Our daughter particularly loved Alina in the restaurant and would give her a big hug whenever she seen her. So much so, Alina brought her a very thoughtful gift on our last day! We didn’t go in the main pool as we had our own shared pool, which was perfect! However, there are always looked like there were a reasonable amount of beds. The pool bar was lovely and offered sandwiches throughout the day. The beach bar was were we spent our afternoons and the beach restaurant for lunch as we loved the beach so much. The food here was lovely and a good selection for all of us. There were plenty of beach beds, free of charge and could change beach towels daily. We got a gazebo one day which was a very reasonable €25. Included in this cost was a fruit platter that was brought to us and drinks service. There was a lifeguard on the beach who was always there looking out for people in the sea and warning them to come back if they were going too far. The animation team were great- often coming to the sea to do aqua aerobics- and providing lots of great dancing and entertainment to us on the beach. The smaller children’s pool was also near the beach restaurant and my daughter loved playing in it and often had the pool to herself! There was a playground here too- it was too hot to use this during the day but my daughter enjoyed playing in it of an evening. The evening entertainment was lovely too- something different every night. My little girl enjoyed having her face painted and dancing at the mini disco with Enis and the other lovely staff. We booked the beach restaurant one night for tea which was a nice change. We would have liked to have had a meal at the Thematic Restaurant but unfortunately this was fully booked, however, it looked very popular. A short walk from the hotel takes you to a train that takes you to Kournas Lake. We did a little trip here and went on a boat on the lake where we seen tu

This was our first visit to Crete, Mythos Palace and the first time we had ever stayed all inclusive and what a holiday it was, just amazing from start to finish! From arriving all the staff were very friendly, polite, professional and very helpful, all the staff are what makes Mythos Palace great, they are a fantastic team!! We were in room 145 a ground floor room with views over the garden, which was perfect for us as it was in the shade during the hottest part of the day and ideally located for the pool. Our room was immaculately cleaned and the mini bar well stocked throughout our stay! The selection of food on offer in the 3 restaurants was very good quality with a great variation of choice, the drinks choice was amazing too. Having its own beach and beach bar was truly a fantastic addition too! We enjoyed the various entertainment each evening, exercises in the pool and on the beach, the entertainments team were a delight! We’d like to thank you ALL at Mythos Palace for making our holiday so great, we will definitely be back!!

The vow effect did work. The hotel has 3 bars and 3 restaurant where all the staff were very helpfull special thanks to Evangelia & Charis from beach bar, Andreas from main bar and Billiana from pool bar! So far this is our best Greek vacation. We will be back for sure. :-)

Phenomenal resort! Everyone here did such an amazing job taking care of us! The staff was so accommodating and went above and beyond for us every day we were there! The food was incredible, and everything from the room, to the beach, to the bars and spa. Everything here was well worth the trip and I'd love to go again. 10 out of 5! Again big thanks to the staff for being so kind, caring and welcoming.

Really enjoyed our break at Mythos Palace, we have already booked to go back! The room was great (we had a small shared pool), everything was exceptionally clean and housekeeping were superb. The staff couldn't do enough for you, we needed to find a pool for our daughter to train in and guest relations were so efficient. Food and drink offering ticked all our boxes, entertainment was fun! Having the beach as well as the pool was a bonus, beach is miles so good for long walks. Lots of space- not sure if that would be the same in the summer holidays but great for October half term. Thank you for making our holiday special!
