Room: my room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The view from my window overlooked the city skyline, which was a fantastic sight to wake up to each morning. The room amenities were top-notch, including a large flat-screen tv, a fully stocked minibar, and a luxurious bathroom with high-quality toiletries. Dining: the hotel’s on-site restaurant served a diverse menu of delicious meals. I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there, and each meal was a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes made to order. Facilities: the grand plaza hotel boasts a range of excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. I took advantage of the spa services and had one of the best massages i’ve ever experienced. The rooftop bar was another highlight, offering stunning views of the city and a great atmosphere for evening cocktails. Overall experience: my stay at the grand plaza hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of its prime location, outstanding service, and high-quality amenities made my trip to new york city memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

Not meet standard of fern, very much bee in restaurant, internet wi-fi connectivity and speed is very slow, seepage in the room, bathrooms towels are not clean, room service is also not good.

Hotel location was most convenient, staff were extremely helpful, property was neat clean well maintained. Food was quite good.

We went to katra and booked 2 winter green rooms the rooms were clean bathroom was also very clean and staff behaviour was very good also they provide pickup and drop to helipad which is a nice thing.

It's a great hotel at a perfect location. Nearby a bus stand and has easy access to all tourist destinations.

The property is perfectly located near the Katra Bus stand. Yatra Parchi counters 1 & 2 are also very nearby. Propert is well maintained and clean too.
