Hotel Anurag

I found this property during search on MMT, Hotel location was near to market, Room size was good, Room service was excellent.

Good stay. I am staying at this hotel whenever I visit katra. Good service. Room are ok. some part of the property is deteriorated compare to earlier years. located very much near to main market. Overall Good.

1. The pictures of room are misleading. 2. For amenities, they only have soap and dirty towels. We had to request them for at least a kettle. 3. Definitely not a 4 star, i don't understand how this hotel qualifies as a 3 star. 4. Switch boards, furniture, bedsheets, etc, everything is very old, rusty and damaged. 5. Switches and lights are confusing and damaged. 6. They don't have blinds, just thin curtains. We had put chairs and stools stuck to the window, so that curtains don't move. ( as they kept moving, god knows why. We didn't even used fans coz it is february. And our window was a good view of market out side) 7. The room had no heater, and when we requested one, they said " we don't provide any such things, you have to buy your own" we stayed only for 2 reasons. 1. The staff, they didn't look threatening. When i requested for the kettle a second time, the waiter provided one by some jugad. 2. Location.

pathetic hotel. it's like hell there . poor staff with no manners . no cleaning of rooms and toilet are as dirty as can be. beware of the fraud as they will charge extra for one single child of 3 year old also . please take any hotel but not this one. I was like what I have done with payment and still have to pay another 2k for two small child we were arrived at hotel at 2:30 am in the night and they said that please pay first extra money otherwise leave . so make sure these things not happen to you all people . please don't go there that's my thoughts and suggestion.

The rooms are not at all clean and not acceptable. Hotel services are not upto even decent standards

this is not my first time with indigo flights, i have travelled earlier too. everytime it's a comfortable and splendid experience. always feel grateful for choosing indigo. keep it up team indigo. 👍🏻
