The property is at a very good location, it is at a walking distance from the bus stand, the hotel staff behaved very well and were of very cooperative nature, overall it was a very good experience

no value of words from hotel side.he put my luggage in locker and room resale.one day payment not refund very rude behaviour.but staff is good and cooperative.

I stay under this hotel for two days but the experience is poor for me. Dirty washrooms, no sitting stool in the washrooms, faulty geyser indicators, Broken tv remote.
This hotel is 20 min walk from new bus stand. I suggest people to book other hotel instead of this. They does not bother about guest facilities. Pls dont beleive

The room was good. The hotel Is inside a gali. It took few minutes to locate it. There Is no food service. The door had a lock problem. Easy to get early morning tea as the tea stall Is just outside the hotel.

Very poor behaviour, no parking, no help to carry luggage to room from car though we spoke before arrival. But he denied later. We didn’t stayed there. And our mood and money spoiled. And we booked another room somewhere else. Hotel kanshi vishwanath, very decent and affordable room wid parking and person mr. Bunty was very helpful. Narayan hotel ditched us at last moment and in night after a travel of 12 hrs from delhi.
