*Disappointing Experience at Holiday Inn Katra* I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Katra for the third time, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the same issue I faced during my previous visit six months ago - a non-functional air conditioning system in my room. The hotel's amenities and services were up to the mark during the day, but as night fell, the temperature in my room became unbearable due to the faulty AC. Despite bringing this to the attention of the hotel staff, the issue was not resolved promptly, leaving me with a restless and uncomfortable night's sleep. Even after multiple complaints to Ankit Tomer and Mudit Saxena, nobody even cared to visit the room. What's even more disappointing is that I had faced the same issue during my previous stay, and it seems that the hotel has not taken adequate measures to address this problem. As a repeat customer, I expected a better experience, especially considering the hotel's reputation and standards. While the hotel's location and amenities are convenient, the recurring issue with the AC and the lack of prompt resolution are major drawbacks. I hope the hotel management takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to ensure that their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. *Recommendation:* While the hotel has its strengths, I would recommend potential guests to exercise caution and check the AC in their room before settling in for the night. Hopefully, the hotel will address this issue soon and provide a better experience for its guests.

Great hotel close to the Mata Vaishno Devi. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast buffet was great and has lots of western and Indian options. Special mention to Sham from Security, who provided us with outstanding service - his attentiveness and work ethic were truly impressive. I would definitely stay here again.

stayed here from January 14th to 18th, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were warm and always eager to help. The fully vegetarian restaurant deserves special mention—it served delicious meals that were fresh and thoughtfully prepared, adding to the overall experience. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the railway station, made getting around very convenient. A wonderful stay I’d gladly recommend!
