Nice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve. Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all. The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great. 2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges. Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience. Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days. Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern. Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager. A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

Front counter staff members are friendly, helpful and cooperative particularly Avishek (if I remember correctly his name) was fantastic and exceptional customer service. I should mention Salim who cleaned our room was very very polite, friendly and helpful. The room is big but the down size is the shower over bath. Bath tub is tiny and water does not go down to the drainage pipe caused water clogged. The breakfast items were limited and does not reflect five star standard. However the General Manger should look the breakfast menu by himself and should take appropriate action.

Checking into Everest Hotel was a breath of fresh air after experiencing other hotels prior. The customer service is beyond amazing. My favorite was having breakfast every morning seeing Radhika’s smile and service. I gave it a 4 star just because our tub had a Little bit of issue that they did try to resolve. Will definitely come back.

Our stay was great I had a comfortable stay in my entire stay. The front desk was very welcoming Barsha, Abhishek & Akit were excellent. I loved the service of Radhika and Himal they were friendly and served me amazing food along with great hospitality. Ms. Menuka did my wife’s birthday decoration so well. I really recommend this hotel. Thanks You all of you for making my wonderful stay.

Very excellent service by Radhika , Sushan, Yashoda, very good and nice services by the team , they are amazing host , the hotel is very nice and beautiful, we would like to visit again . The food is good and nice , overall , my family had a nice experience . The front desk staff Akit and Kriti were amazing , they both have supported very nicely and suggested good site visits . The staff and hospitality is excellent. Very delicious food. Well prepared and well served. The rooms are nicely maintained and proper service provided by the housekeeping staff. Breakfast is properly balanced and hygiene is properly maintained.

Our stay was great and we were very well treated by Yashoda and Akash! They really looked after us and provided a great service!! Sushan and Avinash were also lovely and deserve the best! Truly made our stay that much better! Thank you to these guys for looking after us

Every one on staff is very welcoming, polite and knows the hospitality starting from security guard standing at the main gate to folks in lobby to Front desk to house keeping and of course restaurant. Loved the mixed paratha with tasty pickles in the morning breakfast. Radhika and her crew including but not limited to Sushan and Yashosha made sure I am well fed. A very professional crew all around !! God bless them. Har Har Mahadev!!

Best in Nepal’s Capital and near the National Parliament. Good service and nice people. The rooms are big and very confortable. Complimentary newspapers at the reception Exquisite Buffet for 20% less at the Coffe Shop for in-house guests. They serve REAL coffe.

Very comfortable hotel . Rooms were very spacious , clean . Lovely breakfast and best part of the hotel was friendly staffs particularly @Radhika and @Sushan were super helpful . Location was perfect … everything within 10-15 mins . Definitely would love to come back to the hotel .
