Great hotel in the city. Very clean and modern and located next to a new shopping mall with great access to restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, in particular 小艾 who helped us on check in and was very attentive to our needs through the stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the city

Well, I was awoken at 10:15pm by the staff to confirm I was present in my room and gifted two waters and some fruit. I was then awoken again at 11:30pm by the staff and security at my door informing that the local authorities were in the lobby and would like to speak with me. I come to find out from the officers that the hotel had failed to input my name correctly into the local database based on my foreign passport. After a brief conversation, I was able to go back to bed for the 3rd time that evening at midnight. The next day I was plagued with a headache. The view was forgettable and the Japanese toilet smelled strange, but the shower was magnificent.

Hotel is very nice, we had little bet of waiting at the airport, for the peek up service was late but soon as we called the hotel and they apologize and ask as the take taxi to the hotel and reimburse the fair, which was very kind. girls at the reception Mireayi were very polite and quick with services and helpful, will recommend this hotel to our friends

酒店在喀什萬達廣場旁邊，交通方便，周圍有夜市，餐廳也很多。樓下還有KTV，停車也很方便。房間床睡着很舒服，前台小夏很熱情，幫我延了房間。非常感謝。
