Lovely hotel with amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. We were given a room on the 4th floor and the hotel has no elevator. If you have any physical issues, this might not be the hotel for you. The wifi was good. Breakfast was included. Breakfast was buffet style and had lots of variety. I recommend this hotel.

Staff çalışanlar güzelyüzlü candan karşılama ve uğurlamaları çok güzel. Kahvaltısı efsaneydi. Köy ürünü olması ayrıca sevindirici. Odaları geniş ve temiz banyosu güzel temizdi. Tchibo kahve makinesinden dolayı ayrıca tebrikler. Günlük 2 adet kahve kapsülü veriliyor. Kolidorlarda Yağlı Boya tablolar ayrı bir hava katmış. - olarak sadece otelin Plajı yok ,özel yerlerden girdik, Kendi plajı bulunmuyor.

A beautiful view is just about the only positive of staying here. There is no elevator, and you actually have to get up two flights of stairs to get to the “first floor,” and steps are not all the same height. Thankfully, the staff carried our suitcases, nonetheless, staying with my 70-year-old mom, this was quite a difficulty. We opted not to have housekeeping services each day after seeing on our first evening the staff cleaning up a clogged/overflowing toilet with bath towels. The air conditioner barely worked and water could not hold a consistent temperature. Wifi also barely worked. If I were traveling in my teens or early twenties on a very tight budget, this might have been a good choice. As someone who now prioritizes comfort and cleanliness, I would not choose or recommend this hotel again.

We had the one of the most amazing stay at the Gardenia Boutique Hotel in Kas. The rooms are clean & up to the mark. Even though it is a small hotel with fewer rooms, the rooms have everything required for a comfortable stay. The rooms are with a great view of Mediterranean sea. The room that we booked was of the top category and it was a luxury in quite a pocket friendly budget. As its a small hotel its run by fewer staff but we dint have any complaints regarding the service. The location is also perfect as its is nearly 2-3 mins walking from the centre so one doesn’t have to bother staying in a busy, loud & tiny hotel room in the centre. Recommended….

We stayed in the Junior Suite which was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We had a large balcony with a sea view. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making sure we had a wonderful stay. They organized transport, served the best breakfast and did our laundry. Kas is a quaint town on the Mediterranean coast bursting with beach clubs, wonderful restaurants and small boutiques. The Gardenia Hotel is perfectly situated. The room was air conditioned thankfully so at night when the music became louder from the beach clubs we were able to close the doors and have a perfect nights sleep. Thank you to the Gardenia for a wonderful stay.

I booked the hotel for 5 nights in August after reading reviews. Reviewed are absolutely misleading. I am Turkish and can’t believe I booked this hotel! There is no elevator or air conditioning in the hotel so you climb steep stairs in the hot hallways everyday. Breakfast is very low quality and no variety. Also the breakfast location is super hot and exposed to sun there is no Fans to cool it! All the adjacent hotels like nur beach, Nur hotel, nar hotel, etc which were cheaper than this one when I had booked it has beach access and parking; Hotel Gardenia has neither! Room size is ok. I booked a double room with sea view. I would definitely not stay here again. I should note that staff is nice and that’s the only good thing about this hotel.

No elevator if you get the top floor it gets very warm and god help you if you have to go up the stairs
