Montemar Studios & Apartments

So glad that we chose Montemar for our recent stay in Arkasa. The location is great, close to a nice beach with a bar and lovely cafe. The apar**ents are quite simple but have everything that you need, if you get a sea view, which I think most have then the sunsets are lovely. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Probably best to hire a car to make the most of the area. Montemar has been great for a relaxing break, I hope we will return.

I just checked out after staying a week here. It is a great place to stay. Very clean and cleaner comes in everyday. The owner (« Capt. Mike ») is very friendly and helpful. Gave me tips on places to see and extended my check out time so I could have an enjoyable last day. The location is great-very quiet and less than half a km from a beautiful Sandy beach. There is a surf shop at the top of the road and restaurants nearby.

The family who owns the place is amazing, warm, helpful and at your service at any time. The rooms are clean and offer a great view of either the garden or the sea. The studios are very well located and offer easy access to the nearest beach (~150m) and Finiki which is another lovely village with amazing food and a lovely bay beach.

Un appartement sympathique doté d'une belle terrasse assez ombragée et d'une salle de bains spacieuse. Bien situé par rapport à l'accès à la plage et au village d'Arkasa et ses tavernes et aussi pour rayonner sur la côte ouest de l'île. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire. Par contre l'équipement pour faire de la cuisine est assez limité.

Ottima soluzione con vista mare a prezzi accessibili nel paesino di Arkasa dove potrete trovare anche un minimarket con prezzi in parte migliori a quelli di Pigadia. Tutto ok, dalla pulizia dell'appartamento all'assortimento degli accessori per cucina. Non manca veramente nulla. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

Siamo stati una settimana in questo studio, ambiente molto carino tranquillo e il proprietario super gentile e chiacchierone ma simpaticissimo!!! Il nostro studio era al secondo piano bellissimo, terrazza all'entrata di casa poi cucina con divano e tutto l' occorrente per fare da mangiare, bollitore, tosta pane frigo microonde, tosta pane,bistecchiera, e frigo a seguire camera da letto e bagno con doccia, e poi la cosa più magnifica una terrazza vista mare dove quasi per un pelo non si può vedere il tramonto.... Ma stupendo lo stesso. Posizione ottima per noi, potevamo raggiungere in 5 minuti la spiaggia di San Teodoro da dove si vede un tramonto bellissimo e a chi piace fare le camminate è super. Le spiagge di amoopi in 20 minuti si raggiungevano in auto, poi dipende dalla guida al volante. Consiglio alla stra grande questo studio anche perché ha un parcheggio privato e ogni due giorni vengono cambiati gli asciug,mentre tutte le mattine venivano a rifare il letto e a buttare la spazzatura. Straconsigliattismo!!!!

Sehr schönes Studio arpar**ent. Küche ausreichend mit allen Elektrogeräte ausgestattez. Sehr ruhige Lage denoch keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß von einem der schönsten Strände der Insel entfernt. Gastgeber is sehr hilfsbereit und super freubdlich. Erwähnenswert ist auch das beim abreisetag ein extra Zimmer mit Handtücher und dusche gibt um auch den letzten Tag voll genießen zu können!!!!
