Hotel Konstantinopel is a hotel of the best kind. Unfortunately we only stayed one night there to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We got a Superior Room with a sea view. Great room with a nice balcony with a fantastic sea view and to some of the hotel's many pools. Good bed and nice bathroom. The person at reception was very service minded and welcoming. She was an even bigger contributor to improving the hotel experience. The hotel has several restaurants and a pool, as well as a large and nice beach area with sunbeds and good sunbeds that are great for guests. I would also like to highlight the rooftop terrace on the 5th floor with its own pool and sun loungers / cafe chairs and tables. Own bar here too with top service. (you can get a lovely *****ni here 😊) The dinner buffet and breakfast were also very good with varied content. (lots of noise) All in all a fantastic place that we highly recommend.

My expectations for this holiday were high,I can honestly say that this hotel exceeded them all. From the first moment I entered the hotel, all the staff treated me like I was a VIP person with an incredible smile and hospitality, it was an incredible experience. The room(superior) was amazing, very clean, with an incredible view of the sea. The food in the breakfast,lunch and dinner was very tasty and delicious , as well the snacks on the beach and in the main bar. It was the best relaxing vacation of my life, highly recommended. I am looking forward to be again to this amazing hotel back soon !! Many thanks to all hotel staff and especially to Hotel Manager Evangelia and front office Irene !!

Utterly unsatisfactory, strongly recommend to avoid. Don't let yourselves fooled by the '5-star hotel' rating. No more than 3 by any standards. Paid close to EUR 900 for 7 days, absolutely a loss and not worth it. Everything in this hotel is worn out. Old. Rusty. Cables left hanging. Everything is a hazard, which is not uncommon in Greece. The gym is a joke, with very few options for training, the heaviest dumbell is 10 kg! there have absolutely no racks and so on. The schedule at the gym is also an inconvenience, they open at 9 and close at 19! Exactly when people are at the beach or sightseeing! I did ask them to open earlier and the best they could do was 8 in the morning, totally ******* since breakfast opened at 7.30 and closed at 9. See the pictures attached for what our deluxe sea view room looked like. The worst was the mould on the fan in the bathroom. They advertise on the website a rooftop bar, there is no such thing. About the restaurant, we had half board - breakfast and dinner included. Generally, everything was swimming in oil. Breakfast was below average in terms of variety and quality, everything was cold including the fried eggs and omelettes. Coffee was very bad tasting. For fresh orange juice you had to pay extra EUR 2, for a '5-star hotel'? The food was not labelled. The only time they labelled it was one night when a delegation from TUI came by to inspect the place, probably to assess whether to include this hotel in their future packages. Immediately after they left, the food labelling disappeared and was not to be seen until we departed. Dinner was average, also with a few options to choose from. There were some local/traditional options but extremely limited e.g. Greek salad, grilled vegetables, kataifi, rice milk, cream-filled cones, orange pie (portokalopita). Extremely disappointing for a Greek restaurant. Also there was NO water provided at dinner, you had to purchase a bottle of water which was overpriced. The tap water provided at breakfast was turned off during dinner time. Swimming pools were not heated, the water was very cold, therefore we could not benefit of them. Out of 4 swimming pools, one would expect that at least one was heated or at least lukewarm, at a 5-star level? At reception, we asked for a map of the island and we were told they did not have any and were instructed to purchase one at the hotel's store! One day it was raining and we asked to borrow an umbrella at reception, and again we were told they didn’t have any and again instructed to purchase one! There was a young brunette lady there not wearing a uniform, probably someone from staff, who was very rude when my wife insisted to receive an umbrella, very pushy and arrogant. She did not give her name. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards that it claims, for the price it charges.

Totally accessible hotel with a luxurious aura and welcoming staff. I enjoyed the beach and the pool roof garden. Rich breakfast with anything that you can think of! I am hoping someday to visit again.

Enjoyable stay near Pigadia, you can stroll to the port or stay near the hotel for shopping and dining options. The hotel staff is always available to help. Only one thing we did not like is buying bottle water at the restaurant every time even though the regular water should be potable and offered for free.

It is the best hotel in Kárpathos!! It was an outstanding experience!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

KONSTANTINOS PALACE This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at!!! The friendliest staff, the cleanest rooms, the most delicious hotel restaurant buffet, the beautiful relaxing lobby with bar, the beautiful swimming pools and wonderful Spa, loved the selection of clothing in the hotel shop, the beautiful beach with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas to protect our skin from the beautiful sunshine of Karpathos! And the Fun parties on the rooftop🎶💃🏻 Loved my stay and will go back Summer 2024♥️

Our vacation at the hotel was in Sep 23. We were warmly welcomed at the reception. The room was nice and cleaned daily. It was a beautiful stay and we can highly recommend the hotel with it's friendly staff. We had the best time!!!
