We have stayed at the Prezident hotel for a few days in June 2024. This was our first experience with the hotel and now we are sure that not the last one. We have ben enthusiastic from the beginning of our stay. The hotel is like a well-adjusted machine working on high professional levels starting from chambermaids through the hotel reception, restaurant staff on the 2nd floor, balneology on the 8th floor and ending with the head physician MUDr. Milada Sárová. All staff has treated us kindly and with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, mantained daily, equipped with the TV and free wifi connection. Fantastic food served in a large variety for all daily meals in a buffet style was pleasant surprise to us every day. Vegetable salads, fruits, cheeses, sweets and icecreams were always included. The services and curative procedures at the balneology department, selected at the beginning of our stay on the basis of the entrance interview with MUDr. Sárová, were highly professional, pleasant, and provided by always smiling and communicative staff. Swimming pool equipped with the built-in water massage jets and several kinds of sauna were good choices for relaxing. The open-air terrace offering wonderfull view of the Karlovy Vary city was the good place for the rest in comfortable armchairs after the procedures. Good point of the hotel is its location close (few minutes walk) to several hot mineral water springs which makes easy to drink mineral waters before each meal as recommended. Summed up: the Prezident hotel is one of the best places we have ever visited. It might be the best choice for those who look for the high level accomodation, healthy and well-balanced gastronomy, and highly professional balneology curative and wellness services. You may have a great time there and feel like at home.

We stayed at Prezident hotel for two weeks with our friends on September. This is not a 4 stars but a solid 5 starts luxury hotel and spa. Very nice contemporary furnished room, The food was not just delicious. The variety of the home made quality food was above our expectations. You can clearly see that Dr Milada (the owner) treat all her guests as her friends making sure we all enjoying out stay at the hotel. The front desk stuff immediately responded on phone calls. Staying at Hotel Prezident for the first time in beautiful Karlovy Vary was the best decision made by our group of 6 women. We loved clean modern rooms, delicious ample buffet choices at the restaurant, friendly professional staff and a full array of treatments at the spa. We all agreed that after 10 days of various massages, baths, wraps, lymphodrainage and pool exercises we feel better, stronger and rejuvenated. The pools (including a floating one with Dead Sea water) and saunas are amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed a cozy bar area adjacent to the restaurant and open terrace with spectacular city views. Prezident is centrally located, close to mineral springs, shops, restaurants. You have to walk a bit uphill to the entrance - consider this just a part of your fitness regimen. The hotel is very well run by Dr. Milada Sarova with the help of her son Jaroslav - we always felt welcome and all our requests were met. We were very lucky to meet them - they are extraordinary people! Special thanks to Olga, Hana, Marina, Yana, Eva, Milena, Gennady and Dr. Irena Cipova - their professional expertise was invaluable. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed here for a week because of health issues of my daughter. The treatment she received was truly outstanding, focused fully on providing her with excellent and healthy food, taking care of allergy considerations, and the general health improving treatment options available. Staff is compassionate and warm, the room very clean with daily cleaning and a change of sheets after 3-4 days. Bath and shower available, as well as a water boiler and tea/soluble coffee in the room. I brought my trousers 9 pm in the evening and they were returned to me cleaned and ironed at 10 the next morning. If you don't have allergy concerns, there's a fantastic buffet to choose from at all meals. For us, we were given a menu to choose from on a daily basis, and food was especially prepared for us. We chose the 'full pension' option, which was great as the money paid is an extremely fair deal over eating out every day. In our room, there was a balcony to the street, which is nice if you want to sit outside and have some view of 'what's going on' on the street.
