Great views and importantly great customer service. The hotel manager Mr. Dildar went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. All the staff was extremely polite and helpful which made the whole experience truly a great stay. We had to check out early in the morning (before breakfast timing) and the hotel organized an early breakfast - which meant the team had to go out of their way to get that arranged! And the helpful tips on where to go and what to see really helped. Great stay for sure and would definitely recommend for family holiday

We stumbled across this hotel by a pure chance, arrived without a booking, no problem. Great value for money and we felt safe and welcome throughout our stay. Ali the owner speaks perfect English and made our stay very comfortable. This was our favourite hotel from all the places in Pakistan and you can't beat the views. Located at the edge of the town the hotel in within walking distance from the baltit fort and baazar. The rooms were comfortable and it was quiet at night so we had a great night sleep. One of the reviews here said that there is no hair dryer in the room which is true however all you have to do is ask the reception and they will provide you with one. Small parking is available and breakfast although basic is sufficient and included in the price. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!
