sauna and hammam don't work, except this good for budget 5 star hotel

Having read previous reviews as a uk family was feeling apprehensive. However I should have had no concerns.Everybody is friendly the food choice is more than adequate,no its not pie and chips but I'm visiting Turkey. Bar staff very attentive and the Turkush massage service offered was an amazing experience.The wife and I both partook and came away feeling refreshed and certainly more supple. The beach access via a small underpass is great and again all beach facilities are fantastic I'm only on my 5th day here and will update again in 5 days time after going out exploring.

The place is very wonderful and the geographical location allows me to go out and enjoy at any time. The cleanliness is first class and the food as well. I would like to thank the hotel and the workers in everything. I would like to send special thanks to Nesil and I would like to thank her interest in my work and in everything in the hotel

To start on a positive the hotel is very clean, but the rooms are small and the bathroom is so small you can only fit one person in at a time. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel but it is nothing like the 5 stars I have stayed in before, I come to Turkey 3 times a year. There are no extras like drinks in the fridge or ice coffee or a large range off cocktails. Also I read a review saying if you are English don't come to this hotel, that didn't put me off but we are the only English couple here. One particular bar staff who is a young girl as a bad attitude, as I like to drink wine she only half fills you glass so if you ask her to top it up she refuses, so I have to order 2 drinks every time. The pictures off the hotel make it look bigger than it is, so it is deceiving it is actually a small hotel with only on pool. There is not a large choice in the food restaurant but what There is is very nice. Also if you have small children there really isn't anything here for them. On the pictures it shows losts of greenery but it is actually on a main road. Also the bar is open for 24 hours so don't plan on getting much sleep. As the drunks seem to go to the wrong rooms and bang on the doors. You can also hear every that goes on with your neighbours

Such a great vacation! Really good choice becouse of hotel and people there. Everyone of staff members was nice but the best person was Miro! Entertaiment was very good! Food and clean rooms are also big plus. Thank you for the best vacation and see you maybe nect year ! 🫶

great hotel, professional service, lots of attractions for both older and younger people that diversify your stay, close access to the sea with beautiful views, rooms equally well-kept, I recommend it and I will definitely come here again
