hotel was in good condition. from make my trip. food is good. services are also excellent. Mr. suresh was very helpful.

The rooms were very dirty, the sheets were very dirty, the rooms are smelly. Too much noise at 1:30 am ( hotel staff calling other staff and banging door very loudly. Worthless of time waste of money. I would recommend everyone don’t book this hotel.

The hotel is in a terrible state, staff is not trained for good service. The staff was sleeping in my room when i entered the room and left the toilet, in terrible state. There were insects all over the place, the hot water tap was not working and had to take a bath with cold water. Will never recommend this place to anyone !

Room condition was very dirty. Bedsheet dirty. Ac broken. Toilet item not available. Total fraud and cheat. Hotel not good for family stay. Drunk people creating chaos in hotel bar area creating problem to visitors.

Great services. Awesome climate at midnight. Every Hindu visit here because it is one of the SHAKTIPITH. I always got here energy and peace. All the the Shaktipith in India are the source of peace of energy and peace. Thanks!

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was very friendly and service was fast. I stayed for 2 days and didn't received any inconvenience. It was 10/10 in everything. Consider this hotel if you want to stay in kapurthala

Rooms were clean and tidy. They have 24 hour service. Room service was quick and it was totally worth the money
