The rooms had a good sea view and the chairs and cofree table were in good shape. We would like to call out the following concerns. The cofree machine was broken. The hot and cold water did not work consistently on both days. The bed did not have a good mattress, but just a hard-top spring box, which was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bedsheets were used and shabby that smelled stale and blood stains on them. The breakfast was mediocre and did not look very fresh. For a 3-start hotel, we are really disappointed at the quality of the rooms and services.

An excellent choice, to view the Sun Rise from you room, while sipping Tea/Coffee. The rooms are well furnished with Sofa, Tea table and ample number of closets/drawers. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view. In the restaurant of the Hotel you will find Justin and his team, who took great care of our needs. They happily customizing few dishes to our preferences and made us feel very comfortable. My family and I had a memorable stay at this place.

Very badd experience with this hotel,no hot water ,bed like spring full body paid complementary breakfast not good no option complementary breakfast tasteless, I highly not recommend to stay this hotel with family,at time of checking after given complain staff and hotel ***ager they are useless staff and ***ager

The views from the hotel were awesome, especially the sunrise view from the room was spectacular.we enjoyed food which was catered for our needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend our family and friends when they visit kanyakumari.

Visited on 28th Dec 2023. We took classic sea view room having a great view of Vivekananda Rock memorial. Hotel Service was good. The most attractive place is Vivekananda Rock Memorial however due to ferry not going regularly in the last 15 days, more than 80% of the tourists like us could not reach there. The reason cited was wind gusts. Suggest one must visit Kanyakumari in Mar/Apr only as suggested by locals as sea is calm during that time and there is not heavy rush. One must also take into account full moon and no moon period as the tides are very high for 3-4 days after these events. Not ***y options in Kanyakumari as regards a good hotel is concerned. We paid a huge tariff being peak season and for sea view room

One of the worst hotels in Kanyakumari. Rooms are smelly, washrooms are dirty, ACs do not work... Do not go by the reviews on trip advisor, they absolutely do not understand basic customer expectations. Please do not waste your money here...

The location is really good - most of the attractions at walking distance. The view from the room - was incredible (we chose a sea-facing room). The big letdown was the breakfast buffet. We went at 8 AM and some of the dishes were finished. They could not even refill them. Even the food quality was average. Even the service at the restaurant was not at all professional. The person standing there was not interested in serving - busy on his mobile and when asked for something - guided you to the spread (as if go and take it if you want!). Not the service you would expect when you pay a premium. So, avoid the breakfast buffet - there are ***y good options within 50 mtrs to have your food.
