the stay was okay okay, the overall experience is average, because of the bed cover was not clean, water issue faced in morning, they could have manage all those part, the highlight part was the management including there staffs are very polite and well managed the situations. also they are helped us to Cook extra veggies instantly brought by us

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hostel The advertised images portrayed a modern, clean, and inviting space, but the reality was far from it, the overall experience was far below expectations. The most concerning issue was the appalling state of hygiene in the room. Upon entering, i was immediately met with a musty odor and visible dirt and grime. The bed linens were stained, and the bathroom was unclean. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. To make matters worse, the service was equally disappointing. Requests for additional amenities or assistance were met with indifference and slow response times. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing guest concerns. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a major disappointment. I would strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their choice and seek accommodations that prioritize cleanliness and customer service.

Average place, water is muddy and pool facilities are not sufficient. Rooms not maintained properly.

The location was good and they have some fruit plants like Apple, Plum etc.. But the cleanness and choice of food was poor, Balcony was full dirty with bird poops and last day rain water, even the chairs also, We ordered biriyani for dinner one week before and they assured the same, but when we asked for it after checked in, they said chef is on leave and can't provide biriyani. and only idly was the choice for breakfast..

The "Nextstay Ministers Mansion" is situated in Kanthaloor, an incredibly picturesque area. Although there aren't many amenities on the land, there are several places for campfires and barbecue. The staff is really polite and always willing to fulfill our needs. For example, they prepared a delicious "Sadhya" for one of our lunches upon request. The facility has a live kitchen, which is its best feature. The menu is small, but the non-vegetarian foods are excellent. All in all, we had a great time staying here, and I heartily recommend it to anyone who is considering a visit to Kanthaloor Location. Pros: 1) Friendly Staff; 2) Live Kitchen; 3) Simply delicious non-vegetarian food 4) The location is ideal; while visiting Kanthaloor or Marayoor, you can simply arrange a day or two of activities there. 5) The overseeing supervisor is incredibly personable and readily available for assistance. 6) The hot pool on the property is ideal for families. 7) There are some nearby local restaurants, but I highly suggest the Proeprties menu and breakfast. Cons: The internet signal within the rooms is really poor, which is one of the main drawbacks, in my opinion. We stayed on the bottom floor. However, this is simply fixable. Stars: Rooms3.0 Service5.0 Location5.0 Nearby activities: You can easily plan a lot of near by activities such as Brahmaram View Point (Plan when there is no mist to enjoy the view) Fruits or Vegetable farms (Look out for the season, mainly March-April) Trekking at Mannavan Chola Kanthaloor Waterfall Jeep Off roading to waterfall From my opinion : please avoid the night jeep safari as we don't think its worth it. Safety: The property is safe and all the staffs are staying with in the property Food & drinks: The property has a live kitchen and the menu is small but the dishes are just too good.

Searched for a stay with a swimming pool in Kanathalloor and this resort showed up. Contacted by Phone and they told me they will give us their most spacious suite. I reserved it for two days for 14,000 Rs by paying 7,000 Rs as advance. On the day of arrival, no one contacted me or asked for arrangements for lunch or dinner which is the usual practice. Reached there late in the evening and I was really shocked to see the room. It had no resemblance to the photos they sent me. Even a  normal lodge room would have been better than this. It is an old house converted. The room was in pathetic condition. - The bed was not comfortable and just a double bed (not Queen or King)- The bed lamps were not fixed properly and only one was working - Extra beds provided had not even 2 inches of cushion- It has no view or anything of that sort - Bathroom was spacious but not even one cloth hanger, no proper shower, and full of stains- The TV was an old 20-inch CRT which was not even working  - They have no restaurant and serve food from outside with very limited choices. - Served food in the room but there were no seating arrangements or dining table - There was no parking available for my vehicle since they have limited parking space. Had to park outside the gate. - Worst of all, the fan went off at midnight and didn't come back until early in the morning. I called the room service and no one picked up (The reason is only lights were connected to the backup generator and the fan was not connected) - The pool is small and not for adults (But it is kids friendly as the depth is low) It is not even worth 2,000 Rs in my opinion. It is on the main roadside and people who come to Kanthalloor without proper inquiry might land up here and will return with a pathetic experience. Don't trust the Youtube video about this property (maybe a paid one). I think they are used to negative feedback and have a don't care attitude. I have heard the manager arguing with another customer on the phone.   This experience almost spoiled my tour because it was the most expensive stay on our tour and all we got is a pathetic room and service. Shared my feedback with the lady who confirmed the booking. But she didn't care to apologize or even reply.
