All good but only problem is to climb 10-12 flights. I suggest that they can put escalator for that , otherwise property is very nice .

The hotel room was clean and hygienic. The staff is cooperative as well. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with lots of varieties. The ambience and decor of the hotel lobby is attractive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Thank you for making our special occasion more special.. Food was delicious and a spectacular presentation with ediqute props. We had family function in their Banquet too, which is quite spacious and awesome decoration. Thanks to royal cliff team.

This is the place I usually choose to stay during my business stays in Kanpur. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is hygienic and of taste as well. I am particularly pleased with the service because recently I left my trouser and they were kind enough to courier it to me. Overall I recommend this hotel.

I had a long stay of over 3 weeks at hotel Royal Cliff. Even though they maintain high standards like the branded hotels, their staff are much more warmer and friendlier when compared to their corporate counterparts. The hotel was very accomodating and adjusting towards our requirements as and when requested. The location is prime and the main tourist attractions in Kanpur are all nearby to the place. A big thumbs up for them.

It was a very painful stay. No control on parties loudest music such that the party is over you can't sleep. Poorest culinary experience. Inspite of prior intimation of no onion no garlic food we had to request everyone and waited for 40 mts. to get some items. Really very poor quality

sicherlich eines der besten Hotels hier. Es soll ca. 5 Jahre alt sein. Indien ist oft laut, die Straße mit dem Haupteingang, auch bei Feiern im Hotel, am Frühstück oft Fernsehen und Lausprecher parallel. Das Frühstück ist normalerweise für jeden was, aber wenig Fleisch. Die Hotelküche abends ist gut, Hotelgäste bekommen einen Rabatt. In den Zimmern sind die Klimaanlagen an und zu laut, oder aus.. und es wird schnelll zu warm. Ein Deckenventilator lässt sich auf langsam regeln. Es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum, und einen Pool, der aber dreckig wirkt. Es gibt immer wieder kurze Strom Unterbrechungen, das Internet ist überall in Kanpur recht instabil.
