Great place with super supportive people. Bhumika here helped me a lot with places to visit, cab bookings, etc. Friendly atmosphere. Good quality food. A 10/10 place to stay. Be solo or with friends and family. A must visit place. Checkout their roof top restaurant as well.

Stay was very comfortable with clean rooms and good service. During breakfast Mr. Ravish was very polite and pro-active for the service. Food quality was also good and always prefer this hotel for my future travels also. Also recommend this hotel to my friends also.

Overall the property is maintained well but by satisfaction is more towards your staff’s customer centricity. I always prefer the stay here because of your staffs positive and humble behaviour. Mr. Deepak Saxena and Restaurant Manager Ravishjee is exceptional. Reception staff is also good.

It’s a great business hotel to stay in Kanpur. Staff are disciplined and place maintains hygiene. Restaurant staff Ravish would make you feel so delighted with his service and behaviour. This is my most preferred hotel at Kanpur and I visit here quite often. Thanks!

It is my 2nd stay at this hotel and i'm very happy to share this feedback as I have noticed that the hotel staff was really professional and also it was really changed from the last time as I stayed last time around a year back. All the services are very improved and they are really good when it comes for their service. I also do mention that the senior manager is also good as I met a nice gentleman with the name Akash and he is the operations manager of the hotel. He is very good at listening all your requests and try to fulfill it.. All my queries or requests he made them fulfilled over the phone. Hotel rooms were spacious, well sanitized, clean. Also property was near market area, so one can easily go and visit the market and malls.

Hi, This is certainly the best hotel in Kanpur, I would like to specially shoutout for Bhumika from front desk for her exceptional customer service during our stay, one of my colleague who gets unwell during the stay and the amount of help and care we get from the entire team was certainly commendable . This was our second visit to stay in this hotel (2018 & 2024) Both times our experience at Regent Central has been amazing. Wonderful surrounding and atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to fulfil our requests. Very accommodating. Everything about the hotel was great. The room was the well stocked and comfortble with all essential. It was clean and roomy. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The waiters (Ravish, Rahul & Shabnam) were attentive. and informative. We were once again very happy with our stay.
