Lets start...Pros and Cons together 1. The hotel is centrally located opposite the Bus/Taxi/Auto stop in Payyanur and not Kannur. However location can not be identified from main rd. No sign boards. The rd Linking the main rd is narrow and surrounded by shops. Follow Google Map. 2. About 3.5star. But May be one of the best hotel in Payyanur town. 3. Just 3km from Railway station. 4. All rooms are spacious and clean.Room service is almost fast and the Room service manager Mr Satish is humble. The room service staff speaks both Hindi and Malayalam. House Keeping is big plus for the Hotel. 4.5/5 5. The restaurant is well decorated with large paintings .Dim as a bar but people working here have smile. The quality of food is good with limited menu. The cleanliness can improve a bit.. Stained table cloth. The crockery is shinning and pricing is well affordable. 3.5/5 6. The hotel has Limited parking space. 7. The biggest advantage/disadvantage is bar on the ground floor slightly outside the main entrance. An extension on top floor makes the lift smells at time. 8. The staff Other than house keeping and two front office Managers.. Mr Sajeev and Mr Prveen is straight faced...not a bad behaviour but a little bit of smile in Service industry always gets you brownie points. 9. For aplace like Payyanur ifnyou are on buisness visit or a shirt visit this hitel is 4.5/5 but for leisure its 3.5/5....temples and place s to visit are near but The Beach...

In most of the aggregator websites, this hotel was mentioned as a hotel near Kannur. But this hotel is located around 40 km away from Kannur town. Pros : 1) The best hotel in Payyanur town 2) Near to railway station and bus stand. 3) The rooms are spacious and clean 4) The restaurant is good. 5) The hotel has ample parking space Cons: 1) Not a new Hotel 2) Its located in a narrow lane. So its difficult to locate , if you are coming via own vehicle. 3) The behavior of restaurant staff needs to be improved. 4) Toilets are not good. May be because its an old hotel and its high time for renovation. 5) The breakfast has very minimal options.

The Hotel was 3km from the railway station and was well maintained. The breakfast had a good spread and on some days it was a la carte. The hotel had some good traditional decor. The rooms were neat and clean and the room service was fast and efficient. This is close to the market area and bus stop.

I was on a business tour and stayed in suite room for 3 days. I was amazed by observing the quality & build of this hotel. its located exactly opposite to Payyanur Bus Stand. The entrance is little bit confusing as its narrow and crowded due to market on both sides. Staff are pleasing, helpful & courteous. Quick Room service. They offerred me a discounted price on Suite room (3600/- net). They serve limited breakfast. Room are spacious, clean & tidy. on the 4th floor, you'll find a Open Bar & Restaurant which is quite and maintained well. ideal place and can be recommended for both business stay & with family. They have ample space provided for Car parking. Overall excellent hotel & nice experience.

The hotel is very well made. The decor is excellent. The rooms are also very clean and neat. But the bathroom was not functional, flush not working and shower also not working properly. The staff has big attitude problem, right from manager to room service. Food was decent. Very limited choice for Vegetarian food.
