The staff were super friendly welcoming and helpful. The view was lovely and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

We recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The room was small and cramped, with outdated furniture, no almira and a lack of basic amenities. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat and lumpy, bedsheet stained. The bathroom was tiny. Food too less options. The room was also incredibly noisy, with thin walls that allowed me to hear every conversation and noise from the surrounding rooms. I brought my concerns to their attention to hotel owner, they seemed completely uninterested in addressing them. Cleanliness - 20 % Hygiene - zero Heater - not at all FOC Borne Fire - over charged Location - 150- 180 stair down from main market Mountain View rooms - are also over priced 1500 on Goibibo and make my trip. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are uncomfortable, the amenities are lacking, and the customer service is abysmal. There are far better options available in the area.
