very nice hotel very good view from rooms was very good service was very good ,, highly recommend this hotel staff was veri humble and polite every thing was perfect interior was beautiful child friendly and service was very good keep it up really appreciated

Location - 5 ***** staff - 5 ***** cleanliness - 4 **** Room (family suite) - 5 ***** Wifi - 5***** breakfast: menu - 3*** taste - 4**** Timeliness - 3*** Overall- 4.5+ ***** Great staff and very pleasant experience. Family suite is spacious, near and clean. Special thanks to Ms. Suneeta Pandey, and Mr. Sushant Rajput. Areas to improve:- 1. Breakfast menu range and timeliness of live cooked items 2. Basic room amenities like disposable sleepers, hangers, kettle (was a bit broken) should be at par with other hotels. 3. Guests often come by morning train and bus and have young family members. Till the time their room is available, the hotel should offer temp room so that they can relax after long overnight journey. We faced this problem but it was sorted after discussing with the manager.

The property is located in mcleod ganj on a nice high location. The rooms were very spacious with a nice balcony. The staff of the hotel were quite helpful. We tried the restaurant food only on 1 occasion. It was good but the restaurant staff were probably short staffed and didn’t have anything we wanted. On the whole our stay at quality inn was very good and mcleod ganj as a place is a lovely place to visit.

The hotel has prime location on road and easy to accessible. Nice hospitality and courteous staff, stay was comfortable and food as well so good, must recommend for family and group. Hotel have all the amenities required for your stay.....

I recently had the pleasure to staying in this hotel.i greatly enjoyed my stay.Nice ambience cost atmosphere friendly staff comfortable rooms with great views.housekeeping team was so helpful..deedar sapna and Ajay provided outstanding hospitality throughout my stay

It is very good stay in quality inn bhagsu heritage. The staff and services at quality inn were very polite specially Sapna and her team. Great experience. The room was wonderful. Clean and had a great view through the room. I totally recommend this hotel.

worst stay ever if I know about the hotel earlier I don't go is this a hospitality okk they insulting their guest specially that lady who is she to tell us get out seriously if is there students group that doesn't mean you insulting them they all have very good background rather then you even they also have manner I think her her name is sapna I need to mention her name because if other guest will incidentally come this make they will aware about her . i never ever recomend this hotel . if they called me to delete this review i will never deleted thanks for the giving us like this hospitality 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

It was a worst ever stay in my whole life. Very Poor and ridiculous hospitality, indecent behavior of whole staff of hotel, old and torned bedsheets, No tea,coffee, sugar etc pouche are provideds with hot cattle,as displayed in their amenities on their website and when demanded their behavior was very harsh and uncalled for. No soaps, shampoo etc amenities in bathrooms , No towel napkins, old and dirty towels . and lastly breakfast and dinner those were just horrible and uneatable. Only good thing is the sight of snow mountains from windows and balcony of our both rooms. otherwise everything else disappoints you. one should think several times before booking this hotel
