Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala

We recently stayed here with our team, Punjab Kings, and overall, it was a very good experience. The location of the hotel is truly fantastic, very picturesque and peaceful, adding to the charm of our stay. The security team, led by Security Manager Rakesh his assistant and other security staff, was highly professional and cooperative. Any queries or assistance we needed were handled swiftly and politely. Their presence gave us a sense of safety and seamless coordination throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was impressive plenty of options and great quality. But what made it truly special was the service. A special mention goes to Kritika, one of the waitstaff, who was extremely active, attentive, and always wore a cheerful smile no matter how busy it got. She made sure every table was taken care of, took orders politely even under pressure, and ensured the service was smooth and timely. Her energy and dedication made a real difference to our mornings. The housekeeping team also deserves appreciation for maintaining the rooms and premises exceptionally well. Also worth mentioning is Chanchala, the sweeper one who sweeps outside the rooms, who was always smiling, greeted everyone warmly, and kept the place spotless. Her work ethic and positive vibe did not go unnoticed. The only area that could use improvement is the responsiveness and coordination from the in-room dining in-charge and certain officer-level staff. Elevating their service to match the rest of the team would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. That said, the warmth and commitment of the staff made our stay memorable.

A beautiful property, but what makes it outstanding is the staff. Always ready to help and solve any issues! Special shout out to Anurag from Front Desk, who sorted out our room issue, and Manav and Parineeta from F n B, who were so helpful and accommodating and made every meal a delight! Would visit again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The property is excellent, and the hospitality is top-notch. The high tea and breakfast were exceptional. The food overall was great. Special mention to Kritika, who provided exceptional service, and the entire staff was very friendly and courteous.

Excellent Hotel worth every Penny spent at the place. We went only to have food at the restaurant but the courteous all the staff gave and the guidance they gave in the restaurant for site seeing was excellent. Super cooperative staff. Excellent food. Good quantity Good taste

We booked this hotel looking at the pictures but it was very deceiving. It was nowhere near. We booked standard room with valley view but requested to upgrade to deluxe room. We were willing to pay for the upgraded rooms instead they upgraded us to even lower grade of standard room not deluxe room. This room was much smaller than the one given to us previously. When we explained to the manager, he was not helpful at all. He just ended the conversation with saying sorry that’s all. We were not happy with the services given. The room was old and with outdated furniture and dirty floor. Breakfast was very limited.every morning they had 3 types of tasteless water melon, papaya and white melon. Not much choice of fresh fruit juice. We were very disappointed throughout. Overall we didn't enjoy our stay and i will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
