Justa Palampur Resort & Convention Centre

We initially came to Justa Hotel Palampur for my friend's engagement, but the exceptional hospitality from Vijay Dogra, Arun, and Neha, combined with the stunning view of the Dhauladhar ranges, made us extend our stay for another night. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff truly made us feel at home. The food at the in-house restaurant, Kaafal, was fantastic—every dish was delicious, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. The care and attention to detail were evident in both the food and the service. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone visiting Palampur. It’s the perfect blend of great hospitality, comfort, and amazing food. Thank you, Vijay, Arun, and Neha, for making our stay unforgettable!

Hotel is amazing and so as the staff. Best part if the view you get from the room. Food was delicious. We were there with friends and family on a wedding and every arrangement and setup there was amazing. Staff was very helping and rooms were clean.

Excellent location Staff was helpful. Food was excellent Rooms were clean with nice view of dhauladhar range One of the best resort in palampur. On one side of resort there is a beautiful tea garden. price of food was on higher side but it was worth spending money

Hotel is very nice and staff is also very politely friendly and stay is cozzy for couples as well as family members. About food we opt for breakfast and breakfast has so many options with so yummy and much options with baby also . For baby has good options in food as well as for stay . All over is a good nice friendly home place .

Our stay at JuSTa Palampur was absolutely delightful! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and we especially loved the rooftop breakfast buffet.We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
