Amaya hills Kandy located within scenic mountain ranges in the heritage charm of the kingdom of Kandy.The Amaya Hills Kandy has the architecture and charm and culture of the city of Kandy ruled by the last Sinhalese king Sri Vikrama Rajasinha (1780-1832) till 1815 when the British deposed him and was succeeded by Gerrge III after holding out against colonial powers the Dutch and the Portugese The Amaya Hills reception has a Statue of the last king at the reception which is a huge open and deep balcony offering nearly 300 degrees of splendid views of the mountains The hotel is complete with swimming pool and the breakfast and dinner we had were splendid and had many authentic Sinhalese dishes.. The rooms are open to a balcony and it is a treat to have tea viewing the magnificent mountains.. The level of hospitality matches the famed Celonese hospitality and will be remembered for long and a must experience in Sri Lanka visit..

Amazing vibes nice location friendly staff

Отель в целом приятный, есть хороший бассейн, спортзал и даже корт для сквоша, но есть большие НО, благодаря которым мы точно не вернёмся в этот отель. Номера приятные, но довольно старые, в комнате и ванной видно, что дерево уже все потерлось, а сантехника уже сильно износилась. В Канди сверху добавляется сервисный сбор 10% и налоги 30%. Итоговая стоимость будет очень сильно отличаться от цены в прайсе. На ужин в этом отеле потратили больше, чем во всех остальных 5-звездочных отелях острова, которые были сильно выше по уровню сервиса за ту же стоимость номера.  Персонал дополнительно портит впечатление о пребывании в отеле: все прям выжидают чаевые, их ждут за любое телодвижение и вообще не радуются, если получают меньше, чем ожидали; многие дают визитки отеля со своим именем и просят оставить хороший отзыв о них. При этом сервис далек от хорошего — все стараются изо всех сил заработать на туристах.

一言難盡！當時選這個酒店是因為説是美景排行第一的5星酒店，後來外網一看是個4星酒店，實際體驗最多4星了。接下來我展開詳細説一下： 1. 酒店預訂管理混亂。預訂時註明需要2張床不要大床，晚上抵達長途跋涉已經很累，打開房依然是大床。和前台溝通希望換房告知豆預訂滿了無法換，衹能派人拆床。等了20分鐘無人，又走到前台理論，派了前台人員陪我們又走到房間（毫無意義的舉動，既不換房也沒幫我們拆床所以陪我們來回走一遍是刷步數啊？） 2. 姍姍來遲了個滿身是汗的男服務員當拆床墊一腳還踩在床單上，圖片為證，實在太累無力去理論，我給攜程客服也留言了。房間也很小設施陳舊，所以真的不是5星。 3. 餐廳外時不時有小強，自助餐看似豐富其實難吃啊、嗨不如上一站的孟加拉，回來去住了科倫坡的萬怡才知道其實還是這家廚房不行。 優點是酒店環境真美，山景無敵了，陽台時不時有猴子經過。 結論希望酒店加強管理，希望攜程加強供應商考核和評星。

酒店在山頂，view很不錯。房間有點小，有的樓，沒有電梯。衞生狀況還不錯。

在康提，你必須來入住的酒店。給滿分。 酒店很乾凈，周邊的環境非常好。 早餐也很豐富。 是值得度假入住的滿分酒店。 具體看圖😄

我對這個酒店方方面面都很滿意，坐落在康提周邊的一個山巒之上，夜晚非常清涼的風，讓這個酒店不需要開空調就可以安然入睡。實在是太美了

酒店在山上，很有特點，別有洞天。設施有點老舊，有準備帶齊各種物品。性價比高。總之，下次有機會將再次選擇。

酒店位於山頂，空氣清新，氣温涼爽，公共區域可以看到完美的山景和美麗的夕陽。
