Mount Blue Kandy

酒店在康提的山頂，去的山路很蜿蜒，但是景色美不勝收。酒店本身更像國內的高級民宿，裝修很有格調，很有本地的氛圍。房間開闊，一大面的落地窗可以將美景盡收眼底，浴缸的精緻也很贊。更值得一提的是，工作人員很熱情，所有的人臉上都掛着笑容😊，最令我難忘的是前台小姐姐超級漂亮，也很愛笑，小孩子們特別喜歡她。

視野很開闊

I stayed at this hotel one night on my tour around Sri Lanka. With such beautiful views although the roads were a bit narrow at times, I will be back - worth it. Chef Randy went above and beyond in making me pancakes for breakfast, such nice hospitality staff.

The property location is great with good view. But bit hard to reach because of narrow roads. And even there is a no one to take care during the vehicle parking. Very limited space and very hard to turn the vehicle. Upon arrival there is a only security guard on duty came from some where after some time. No greating, smile at all. With rude face and after that three of other staff members came to reception. We are reach hotel bit late evening. That's why maybe there acting like that. However we are got our rooms and went to rooms. And we are had a some boost with our friends at the rooms. We have ask extra glass for drinks and waiting nearly thirty minutes but we haven't received. And requested ice cubes but haven't got any. And security guard keep coming and nocking to room door and reminding us to reduce the volume and stop our private party and he's trying to say hotel going a close at 22 : 30 pm and he's going a switch off the lights at lobby & corridors. But we haven't lisen to him and later on there is a one guy came with T - shirt & short and he's introducing he's self ( Duty Manager ) and he also keep saying that we have to leave to our rooms. Need to stop the party and hotel going a closed after 22 : 30 pm. But who cares. Even we dont no hes Duty Manager or who. If is he duty manager should be with uniform. Look like he's from local marcket guy. No professional act, spech at all. My point is once we are paid for stay at there property why there trying to control there clients. Many rules, regulations once we are at the hotel. Why you cant mention that on your website or other booking platforms. This is unfair. There is a no option to move. Otherwise we will leave from Mount Blue Hotel, Kandy same night. But we are face for this issue in the night. That's why we are stay over night at this property. Once your planing to stay at Mount Blue Hotel, Kandy much better think twice and get your decision. And better to organise training programmes for your unqualified, rude team including duty manager. ( How to treat your guest professional way / Remind them how important there guest for there property ) No one coming to see your unhappy rude face. If you don't care about your customers i dont think that hospitality industry matching for you. Any way I'm so sorry to write this kind of review regarding the property & hospitality. The staff are excellent especially Mr Khan in the restaurant. He was super caring and it was lively to meet the chef who cooked the most amazing banana bread. Beds are comfy and views are excellent. Can't fault anything at all. Amazing stay all up

To spend our vacation, we chose the beautiful hotel called Maunt Bule in the Kandy area. First of all, if we talk about the hotel, it is a very mind-blowing place in a very beautiful environment. From our room, we were able to see the city very beautifully on one side. It is truly an indescribably beautiful scene. Their rooms are very elegant and equipped with all necessary amenities. The most impressive part of their hotel is their swimming pool, which they have arranged beautifully. Talking about their food, it should also be mentioned that they are served very deliciously and beautifully. We relished their food with great pleasure and willingness. The part they should talk about is their employees. They are very thorough, efficient and well disciplined. We received very kind smiles and service from their junior staff to the highest. We appreciate it dearly. We highly appreciate the service of Miss. Hirani who worked in their restaurant. And .I highly appreciate the service given to us as well as the clear interpretation of their food. And very helpful guiding of Miss Gayani's .Kindly Careful service of Mr. Kahn and Miss Vasu .and Chef Avindu and all starff members. We highly recommended this hotel .
