"I loved this little motel full of charm and identity! There is a clever mix of 60s decor that has been modernized, which gives a lot of charm to the rooms and the exterior. In the evening, you have braziers to socialize between residents around the fire. The manager is super friendly, we arrived late and he took care of our check-in with a big smile. I recommend this place a thousand times if you like small, cozy establishments, with life and real authenticity!"

"I like the hotel. Very good breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausages and waffles - all very tasty. Clean and quiet rooms (we got the one on the second floor in the main building). A bit smaller than expected, but good. The only one disappointment - old appliances in loundry."

SpringHill Suites Kanab ★★★

"This is a relatively new hotel in the Kanab area. Last time I passed through it was still under construction last time I went through about five months ago. I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. It started with the entrance. It was too small and lacked check-in parking. Then the majority of parking was down the hill. Next we went into the room and it was not clean. It was dirty on the counters and nightstands. The counters in the bathroom looked like the were just installed, label glue stuck and spray painted. The bathroom had hair under the soap dish. The drains did not work in either the shower or the sink. They filled up faster than they emptied. The bed was lumpy and hard to sleep on. The next morning breakfast felt like a disaster. The flow of the area did not work. The help couldn’t keep up with wiping down the tables. They consistently ran out of eggs, sausage, the egg sandwiches and it looked like the pancake batter. I over heard one staff member state they had not have a crowd like this. They didn’t know how to handle it. I typically like SpringHill Suites by Marriot, but I will think twice before I stay at this one again for the price."

"The websites still advertise the breakfast included, but in fact, last time breakfast was served there at the COVID time. The ceiling paint in the bathroom was black from mold and was peeling. Service people were nice, bedding and towels were clean."
