Fantastic little hotel, on the banks of the Sting Sen river in Kampom Thom, between Siel Reap and Kampom Thom. The hotel has a beautiful pool, rooms are individual spacious bungalows nestled in a lush garden. The hotel is managed by a Japanese family so you can experience delicious Khmer and Japanese cuisine. Definitely recommend!

We spent only one night here on the 2 days journey from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. The limited time we had, we enjoyed very much. Its a lovely place, with nice bungalows in a tropical garden, with a wonderful pool, an open--air restaurant, and a lot of love for details in decoration, the furnishing etc. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, with beautiful tiles. For some strange reason, we had halfboard included and got served a western chicken dinner, but it was very tasty. Breakfast was very good, and the staff is really nice and friendly. It would have been good to have another night here, to enjoy more of this beautiful small hotel, and also have some time to visit Kampong Thom.

A wonderful oasis of calm in the middle of a busy town. We loved the location and particularly enjoyed the brilliant service form the staff. The rooms were comfortable. Meals were served on a terrace overlooking the pool. The staff serving us did a brilliant job and the food was excellent.

A peaceful, quirky retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city beautiful gardens surrounded by ponds( insect repellent provided!) Staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our 1 night away an amazing experience. Pool was lovely , food was delicious , very peaceful for an overnight stay

Stayed only one night but we enjoyed our short stay. Pool was lovely. The wildlife is incredibly noisy but the beds were comfy and the food was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My hubby borrowed a bike and went for a lovely ride along the river and into the market area. Me and the kids chilled by the pool trying to cool down. Great value for money.

Beautifully appointed boutique hotel on the riverside with a lovely team of staff who made me feel like I was part of the family! Mango trees everywhere, superb food and cocktails and even a personal laundry service. Only sorry I did not stay long enough to try the swimming pool.

Very comfortable stay at Sambor Village for two nights. One of the nicest rooms I stayed in during my 6 weeks trip in Cambodia. Beautiful bungalow set in gardens with a lovely swimming pool as well. The food at the restaurant was really good. But the standout for me was the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to help me during my stay as I was having some trouble using my credit card to book things online. They were professional and friendly and as a solo traveller I enjoyed having chats during the day with them.

Bungalows are located amidst a wonderful tropical garden together with a spacious pool. Hotel offers tasty food. They organize tours and transport and really care that it works out as planned. You can use their good bikes. And they are eco friendly. The absolute highlight is the staff - manager and team. They are the most authentic, friendly and supportive people I have met in a hotel so far!!!

On a bicycling tour we got to stay at Sambor Village. My villa was comfortable, and I slept like a rock! There was a little maintenance needed in my room, but nothing that prevented me from using the room. The pool looks great, but I didn’t get a chance to use it.
